BC Music Resort

I promise you now, I’m not one of these moaners ordinarily but I was disappointed with everything to do with this place, the blonde receptionist was really rude to us, the rooms are disgusting and I wouldn’t swim in the pool unlike my mates all of which got ill with stomach after. 14 are still there, I decided to come home as I’d rather stay in a tent tbh. Sorry but it is vile. I know you get what you pay for and we were on a stag do but 6 of us feel this way and I know a few wanted home. Bad place.

Much better than I anticipated… Upon reading reviews I wasn’t expecting much at all, however I have been pleasantly surprised! Pros: Rooms were clean and tidy, spacious, and cleaners always wanting to clean, more than we wanted at times. Drinks were good, cocktails were lovely, the odd que but went down quickly. Air conditioning was a god send in the heat! Was expecting so much noise as per previous reviews but wasn’t that bad at all. We drank a lot down the stars bar at the beach front as part of the ultra all inclusive which was fab for when we were out and about. It was pretty quiet and lovely to be at the beach front The pool was fine, was expecting it to be awful based on reviews, even went in and had fun with the lilos. Also as for this so called hill, I wouldn’t class it as a hill, I’m 34 and it was fine but guess If your a lot older could be difficult. Cons: The lifts are a bit dodge, some kept breaking down and they close pretty quick so be warned Food was ok, enough variety but not always the best All inclusive drinks is only until 7pm but there is a supermarket just opposite. We got alcohol from there and drank in our room before going out. It’s 50 euros per person as a deposit for the room which is stated before you go,we were really worried about getting it back seeing as others hadn’t but it transferred as soon as we left The pool parties… well they aren’t pool parties, just a few dancers for an hour. Overall enjoyed this hotel, met some lovely people and made some great memories!

Este hotel no merece las 3 estrellas que tiene, he estado 5 dias y ha sido una experiencia horrible. Solo esta pensado para personas extranjeras las comidas a horas fatales y sobre todo la cena que solo puedes cenar de 5 de la tarde a las 8 y media y no te pienses que si entras a las 8 y media te puedes quedar cenando, una vez llega esa hora quitan toda la comidas. Por otra lado, siguiendo con la comida la variedad es escasa, hay muy poca cosa y todos los dias lo mismo. Yo creo que ya que el hotel esta en españa podrian hacer que los extranjeros se acostumbren a nuestras costumbres, no nosotros a las suyas. Además el todo incluido solo hasta las 7 de la tarde, ¿eso donde se ha visto? despues de esa hora tenias que pagar todo lo que vayas a consumir. Incluso estuve hablando con algunos italianos de nuestro hotel y pensaban lo mismo que nosotros. A parte, la habitacion horrible, todo muy viejo con manchas de antiguo, la bañera daba asco (estaba limpia pero llena de manchas de estar viejo) y en la habitacion ni un mal sofa ni silla para poder sentarse solo las camas y las literas y un baño para 8 personas que estaba preparada la habitacion. Seguro se me quedan muchas cosas atrás pero en resumen nuestra estancia ha sido horrible y no se la recomiendo a nadie, por ese precio hay hoteles mucho mejores en la misma zona. Si hay que decir que el trato de los trabajadores no podria ser mejor, todos super simpaticos y buenas personas gracias a ellos hemos salido un poco mas contentos. No vayais.

I visited this hotel with 4 other friends recently, we were all inclusive and shared one room. When we arrived the lady on the front desk was very helpful, however we found a lot of things did have an extra additional cost that in any other hotel wouldn’t usually (towels, hairdryers etc). Whilst this was only a deposit, it was only payable in cash, so when receiving back at the end of the holiday it felt pretty useless as we wouldn’t have a chance to go spend this money as we were going straight to the air port. The hotel itself was VERY basic and had a very strange smell to it. The lifts weren’t very safe, with the floor on one lift having a floor with a large delve in it. The lifts would also just drop randomly when you arrived at a floor and the doors closed very quickly on you. The rooms were also very basic but quite comfy beds, however the pull out bed on the sofa wasn’t the comfiest. We weren’t given a balcony even though we were told we would be, the receptionist told us they didn’t give them to party’s over 4 people, yet on the website if you book directly you can choose a room with a balcony even if your party is larger than 4. The shower was incredibly small and was usually freezing cold with no hot water available for most of our stay. The food was also incredibly basic and incredibly oily. Most of the food had a weird aftertaste and made a few of our party felt ill. The ‘snack bar’ was also just leftovers from the meal times that had just been. The all inclusive drinks finished at 7pm, so if you wanted another after this time you did have to pay which I have never known before in a hotel, however the drinks were reasonable during the all inclusive hours and the bar staff were incredibly friendly. There was only one bar open throughout the day at the poolside which also meant making these drinks harder to get as there were always large queues and typically only one bar staff serving at once. I had read many reviews about the outdoor pool water being very murky and dirty yet on our visit the pool water was quite clean (I cannot comment on the indoor pool as we didn’t see it). There were no loungers outside, only a handful of deck chairs that didn’t really recline and weren’t comfy at all. If you weren’t able to grab one of the few chairs you would have to lay or sit on the fake grass around the pool. This grass STUNK of wee and drinks people had obviously spilt. Whilst at the pool there was also some music, however this music was unbearable, the same 4 songs were on repeat all day everyday. There were toilets available outside however the female toilet didn’t lock. Overall I would say you get what you pay for with this hotel, if you’re wanting a more high end experience you need to pay that extra money. Though the staff we came into contact with really helpful and friendly, the hotel itself was very basic and outdated.

Hemos venido a probar para pasar un día con amigos , somos de la zona y nos a sorprendido el lugar sobre todo Maria, Aaron y Sara unos camareros super atentos y muy amables me encanta!! Volveremos 😊

Al llegar nos atendio nancy muy maja en recepcion, nos informo de todo y tambien laura la jefa de bares muy atenta a todo y muy simpatica sin duda volveremos!
