Hotel Brisa

Just came back today from this hotel and it has its ups and downs. Firstly great location right on levante beach front, small hotel so no big groups or parties, food was nice and hotel was clean. I upgraded from city view to side sea view and we ended up with a small small balcony with limited sea view. If you look on the hotel website it shows bigger rooms with big balcony but from what we gathered all the Spanish people got that side of the hotel and the English got the smaller rooms on the other side. Seems weird inside looks like a hostel in the corridors and not a 4 star hotel. My wife was woke up most nights by the bin wagons at 2am which wasn’t good even though we were on the 5th floor. We stayed in other 4 star hotels in Benidorm and they put this one to shame for luxury. Don’t think I’ll be booking here again even though the location was ideal.

Geboekt via TUI voor periode 12 tot 17 jan 2025, dacht dat ik 2-p kamer voor gebruik 1-p boekte incl balkon met zeezijzicht, bleek dat ik 1-p kamer zonder balkon achterzijde had geboekt? Ook blijkbaar speciale (extra goedkope) vlucht met Transavia die ik na ontdekking van ongewenste boeking niet kosteloos binnen 30 dagen kon annuleren. Blijkbaar mij eigen fout? Maar prijs-kwaliteit verhouding was gewoon goed. Uitzicht van 1-p kamer achterkant bagger, kamer en douche(cabine) klein, maar bed(den) en kussens goed en schoon, alles wat nodig was aanwezig (douche, wc, wastafel, koelkastje, airco voor in dit geval verwarming). Oké, over waterkokertableau niet nagedacht qua stopcontact maar zelf even creatief zijn... NL tv enkel RTL 4 en 5 en niet op zenders in informatiemap. Schoonmaak dagelijks (als je wilt), ontbijt buffet zeer uitgebreid (verwacht geen volkoren brood...) Niet echt gezellig restaurant maar oké. Locatie perfect, aan boulevard met openbaar terras met uitzicht op boulevard, strand en zee. Zwembad(je) voor gasten met stoelen en ligbedden (beperkt), vriendelijk personeel. Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagelijkse wandeling langs boulevard naar oude stad, bushalte vlakbij. Redelijk grote Supermarkt op nog geen 5 minuten lopen en op 3 minuten loopafstand BenGen Grieks restaurant dat ik kan aanraden! Had half-pension geboekt maar geen gebruik van diner gemaakt dus kan niks over zeggen. Kon pas vanaf 19.30 's avonds eten en in deze tijd vh jaar was voor mij te laat + eerdere reviews dat eetzaal dan snel vol zit, heb niet geprobeerd.

I've been to Benidorm a couple of times, walked past this hotel and thought it would be a nice place to stay! It's in a great location on Levante beach, it's a smaller hotel which I always prefer as it's easy to get around. The rooms aren't luxury as such but they are modern, have everything you would need and are really clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the side sea view on the balcony was lovely and relaxing. We had dinner bed and breakfast and we're really pleased we went for that option. The food was very tasty, I think there could have been a little bit more choice for salads and fruit such as more types of melon but that's just my own preference. All the staff including reception, housekeeping and restaurant/bar staff were friendly, helpful and are hard workers. They always said hello. Blanca on reception was great and very helpful and informative. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage before check in and after check out. Thank you for a great stay and we will hopefully be back again soon!

We booked this small hotel for an overnight stay to see family on holiday in Benidorm. Great location on the beach, huge room with two balcony’s. Good view over the beach with an adequate balcony at the front and a small balcony at the side. Excellent receptionist and staff. We had lunch here and could not fault it, the breakfast in the morning was good too. Parking was at the Casino carpark around the corner and was easy to find. A family run hotel since 1959, we even met the owner that has run the hotel since then and lives on the top floor. We have already booked to go back, recommended

Hotel muy bien situado y con un servicio extraordinario, tanto limpieza, recepción o comedor. El comedor tiene una gran variedad de productos para elegir y la terraza de la piscina ideal para una cerveza. He intentado reservar de nuevo, imposible, probaremos en otras fechas.

Les paso email para confirmar una reserva y 24 HORAS DESPUÉS me dicen que ya no hay disponibilidad que el hotel está lleno. Alomejor si me la hubieran confirmado en su momento, en lugar de tardar 1 día, la tendría reservada. Muy poco profesionales. No volveré a intentar a ir a este hotel
