Magic Tropical Splash

Great Family hotel. We went as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children aged 7 & 10) with not very high expectations with some of the reviews we had read, but had such a great week. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The room was cleaned and fresh towels each day we were there. The pool and slide facility is great for all the family. Plenty of room and sun-beds to relax around the pool. The food was good. Different theme nights during our stay, there wasn't a meal where we were disappointed or struggled for choice on what we were going to eat. There was entertainment most nights (we didn't have great weather at the start of the week, so some nights were cancelled as the stage is outside) which was good for the kids, the really enjoyed it. There is a shop on site which is really reasonably priced that you can get most things you might need but if not there is inn a short 5/10 min walk down to the beach where there is a supermarket and pharmacy and different shops and restaurants if you fancy something different. Our kids have already asked when we are going back so please don't be put off by some of the reviews, I know you can't please everyone and people have differing opinions, but for what we paid for the week there we thought it was really good value for money and exceeded our expectations

We had such a great experience thanks to the amazing bar team at Magic Tropical Splash. Carlos and Brahu are absolute legends—always super friendly, professional, and incredibly fast with their service. They make you feel welcome from the moment you approach the bar and never miss a beat, even when it’s busy. Andy was also brilliant—genuine, attentive, and such a positive energy behind the bar. All three went above and beyond to keep everyone happy and relaxed. Big shout-out to them for doing a fantastic job—top team!

We visited here from a sister hotel from arriving staff amazing nothing was too much trouble Manager Amazing! Shame about the weather for us but in all the visit to this hotel was amazing I would look to book for us at some point 5 keep up all your great work

Estuve. Pasando el día. Allí y me gustó mucho. Todo. Y el camarero. Con un nombre muy peculiar pero muy muy simpático Aladin la verdad q atención de 10 por parte lo recomiendo 100%…volveré. A este sitio A tomar algo y comer. Las instalaciones de 10 La limpieza. La verdad q. Fenomenal la verdad q lo recomiendo 100%

Tienen al mejor camarero,Andy me atendió super rápido y eso que esta el solo en la zona de la piscina hace unos cocteles especiales es super simpático con todos los clientes siempre tiene una sonrisa y mucha alegría trabajando volveremos sin duda un diez.

We had a fantastic time here at Magic tropical splash. The food was amazing. And because I'm a whiskey lover. They got lots whiskey brand to choose from. I absolutely love it. And the staff are very nice and friendly. Like Christian, Ivan,Sanae, David, David, Raul, Rabi, Miguel, Kalid, Oscar Pedro, Lola and Heather. Until next time. Thanks for the fun.
