I was very excited about this holiday because of all the great reviews! HOWEVER, There’s no denying that the grounds and hotel are lovely , but I have NEVER experienced staff like it, upon arrival we were told to come back at 2 pm , which is fine and expected. HOWEVER, the male on reception was having issues with other people’s bookings and was quite stressed and busy , so I waited to **POLITELY** ask if our room was ready , to which he aggressively STOOD OVER ME , POINTED IN MY FACE and shouted “LISTEN” and said he didn’t know when it would be ready and started going mad because he was busy… there wasn’t a face inside the reception and outside around the pool that didn’t drop in absolute shock and it has been the talk of the hotel ever since and we have been approached by pretty much everyone saying how disgusted they was. We hoped it was just one member of staff having a bad day , however the man at the bar was exactly the same, just not as aggressive, but rude and annoyed because it’s busy and just pure impolite. It’s just ruined the holiday to be honest , nobody wants to experience that from the minute of arriving , but more frustratingly experiencing the rudeness and misery of all the staff every single day of their holiday, so many frustrating guests. Just avoid , unless you’re only going there to sleep.

excellent location, very clean with large rooms and very big balcony, good clean pool area with snack bar at good prices, only downside was one lift with 13 floors with excellent views of beach area, very quiet around hotel and pool area even though close to bars

Anyone else really struggling to get there deposit back? Went in march with a few couples they all got their deposit back before leaving. I have contacted the hotel numerous times through email and WhatsApp number provided and no response. All rooms were left in brilliant condition even put everything in the washing machine etc. Does anyone know another way of getting in contact with them. Thanks.

Appartment was spotless staff were helpful and the guy who runs the snack bar at pool was so lovely ! Nothing was a bother for him reception staff were helpful and always polite would def come back ✈️ it was my first time here and loved it!❤️

Great hotel apartments. Travelled with a couple of other families. Staff were pleasant. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The washing machine is a massive bonus as we only went home with travelling clothes to wash. Plenty of lovely thick fresh towels. Great location to the beach (only a couple of streets away) and a few bars and cafes/restaurants (recommend the Million Dollar bar for drinks, music and entertainment, and the Rovers Return for drinks and food) In-between the old town and new town so was perfect for us. Free WiFi with good connection. Entry to the hotel is via a key card gate and there's plenty of security cameras so we all felt very safe during our stay. There is a pool but this wasn't open as it isn't maintained during winter. Would definitely return.

Great apartments we had a 2 bed with all the amenities. I love the little starter kit they give you. We had plenty towels and they leave shower gel etc. coffee pods. Great location to be where we like to be. The check in was great. Staff super friendly. My one issue which is not their fault is the noise! So noisy there’s a night club at the end of the street ( we were on 3c) it opened from 4am until 8am playing loud music! The rockstar bar closes 3 ish but honestly that was no hassle. The nightclubs ( the tropican or something like that - it looks closed down) guests we could hear loudly. I asked at reception if there was anything we could do and she said to call the local Benidorm police. The next night the security guard said not to do that and we could have asked to be moved to the other side of the building. That’s the reason one dropped a mark as the reception lady could have offered this. Easy to check out we had paid to keep the room on and this time it was available! Made life easier. All in a great stay here I do worry though as that noise could affect others wanting to stay here. I’m not a moaner I’ve been to Benidorm a lot and I love to party but been woken up 4-8 was awful. Buy earplugs if your on the side where this nightclub is!
