Sandos Benidorm Suites

Went as a family of 6 including 2 kids. We had a ball! First trip to Benidorm for a week and it def didn’t disappoint! Thanks to Sandos. The hotel from the outset was absolutely brilliant. From the valentines decor to the really friendly reception staff upon arrival. ALL of the hotel staff only added to our trip and experience. Every experience was great one for us! Denis (our 6 yr old called him Denis the menace as he’s was always joking with him) was AMAZING. Couldn’t do enough for us and always had time for a chat and giggle. My kids looked for him everytime we went to eat! We even witnessed him rescuing an older lady in the disabled toilet and opening the door in record time. My other half assisted him, but this is a perfect example of going above and beyond! I told him he needs a superhero cape! Denis deserves a medal! What an asset to this hotel. The animation team were OUTSTANDING. We took part in most activities and had great fun with the staff and other guests taking part. Getting everybody involved from 6 to 70 is no easy task but these guys and girls made it look easy! OSCAR was brilliant from morning to night and so were the others but didn’t manage to catch all their names (having too much fun!) Our kids had a blast being included and they loved being a part of everything! Thanks team! They made our holiday and helped us meet a few other great families and little friendships started for the kids. Taking part (loosing usually on my part) and getting involved was the best thing we all did! The bar staff… ladies and gentleman alike. UNREAL. Nothing ever too much. Lovely cocktails, sangria, morning teas and coffees. Honestly how much more could anyone want! One lovely gentleman (Floren) even assisted me getting an antihistamine tablet crushed into some orange juice when my 6 yr old took a bad UV reaction to the sun. He offered when he seen me trying to dissolve it in juice! Above and beyond again. The barmaid was very talented with her cocktails 🍸 and always friendly, chatty and gave us tips about the area. Seemed to love her job and cooking toasties between the drinks too! The maids were so lovely too! Rooms cleaned daily! Trustworthy and really friendly. Maintenance men were lovely and friendly and helpful when needed. The food we found to be the best we’ve ever had in an AI hotel. We never managed to use the Indian as tbh the food was so good in the restaurant that we never needed to venture beyond it. In fact we looked forward to it. Lots of variety and great friendly staff and chefs. Our picky kids even loved it! We honestly couldn’t wish for better in a hotel. We had a brilliant time! So much so we are returning over Easter. My kids can’t wait & are already saving for their euros for the claw machines, my dad’s counting the days and well I’ve the countdown timer set! Sandos your staff are the best we’ve encountered in our travels and they couldn’t do enough, even without being asked. You are clearly doing some

Never been to Benidorm before so was an eye opener for us. We returned after a few days at this hotel on Friday . We upgraded to select at 18 euro a day which we thought was very reasonable for what you get. Our room was a good size for the three of us and being on the 20th floor had good views of the surrounding area and the sea. Food was good and hot with plenty of variety. Unfortunately the weather was not great but we walked to the sea front each day to get a feel for the area. Overall we had a good time but a few days were enough for us.

We have been to this hotel for 15yrs. The bar manager Florin is creative & a hard working person and always treats guests with respect. This also includes his staff. He always abides by the rules and he assumes that everybody should follow. It is important to wear the relevant band in order to obtain your drinks. It is not allowed for guests to invite others to drinks.
