The staff member at check in was really helpful explaining the breakfast and dinner procedures. What was included etc. He also explained the hotel facilities and 24 hour front desk. The hotel had a great location in the Old Town a few minutes walk from tapas alley and the beach a 10 minute walk to the Mediterranean View. Thoroughly
enjoyed our stay at this hotel .

Un hotel en pleno centro de la ciudad., muy bien situado. El personal súper amable., desde recepción., José., Willy, Nathalie., la verdad es que están en todo momento atentos y resolviendo dudas etc.., En el comedor., con María y el resto del equipo, también te hacen sentir como en casa. Un hotel acogedor, familiar y muy adecuado de precio. ¡Felicidades por vuestro trabajo!

Excepcional hotel con una atención del personal de 10.destacar la atención del recepcionista de la tarde y de María, siempre pendiente y resolviendo. Muy bien situado, por no decir la mejor ubicación de todas, a metros de la playa, en en centro, a un lado poniente y a otro levante en el casco antigüo ideal para pasear, tapear. Hotel muy muy límpio, cómodo, habitaciones muy bien, sin ruido, ideal para descansar. Opción a recomendar para cualquier visita, vacaciones. Nos trataron de lujo y volveremos. Da gusto encontrar sitios así. Da gusto encontrar personas así.

Un hotel magnífico, con una excelente ubicación y un equipo de trabajo excelente que sabe cómo tratar a la clientela con naturalidad, educación y amabilidad (Desde aquí quiero hacer una mención expresa a Nathali por su cordial recibimiento y afable disponibilidad y a Maria y sus compañeras del servicio de comedo, por su eficiencia y actitud positiva y colaboradora en todo momento). Un lugar al que con seguridad volveremos y que con estas líneas recomiendo sinceramente. Gracias por todo!!!

Mejor imposible. Hemos quedado encantados con este hotel. Repetiremos cada vez que vayamos a Benidorm. Todo son facilidades, buenas caras y amabilidad. Y vale que la reforma no sea integral, pero ese precio, esa ubicación en todo el centro, y esa atención impecable, no se encuentran fácilmente.

Un très bon sejour,cet hôtel discret et familial mérite plus que deux etoiles,malgres sa situation dans une zone festive, il reste très bien isolé du bruit, très propre et un personnel disponible et toujours souriant, sa situation géographique est excellente a 50 mètres de la plage, nous reviendrons volontairement. Merci pour cet agréable séjour.

We did not stay in this Hotel so cannot comment on the Accomodation, etc. They advertise an all-you-can-eat Buffet for €12.95 including a glass of Wine & Bottled Water, which we thought was excellent value, so we decided to eat here one evening. The Restaurant was more like a greasy spoon cafe with extremely bright harsh lighting, and the food was absolutely disgusting - not much to choose from and the food itself was of a very poor quality and almost cold, even though we arrived there as the Buffet was opening. The Wine & Water were fine though!

Todo estuvo muy bien la comidas la havitacion que nos tocó,y los que trabajan allí estuvieron muy atentos a todos,en Navidad estuvimos y aun no estaba reformado la recpcion y se a quedado muy bonita ,y el patio con las luces que hace muy relajado el comer,
