⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ¡Una experiencia inmejorable desde el primer momento! Desde nuestra llegada en horas tempranas de la mañana, el equipo de recepción nos recibió con una sonrisa y una atención excepcional. Su amabilidad y disposición para ayudarnos hicieron que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos al instante. Además, la calidad humana de todo el personal es simplemente admirable. Siempre atentos a cada detalle, dispuestos a brindar recomendaciones y asegurarse de que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta.

Las Instalaciones del hotel son super acogedoras, en cuanto al personal manejan un buen trato con sus clientes. Las habitaciones son amplias, con una limpieza muy buena, cama muy comoda y con todos los servicios requeridos para una buena noche. Recomendado!

Good afternoon, I was staying with my wife and I must say that we spent some extraordinary days, it is true that it is complicated to get to the hotel because you must enter through pedestrian and narrow streets, but it is worth it to arrive and see the view from the reception and from the room! it should be noted that the service is of the highest level from the moment you enter the hotel, you are greeted with a drink while you check in and give you the room. The restaurant is very good both inside and on the terrace, in short, a good experience that I recommend.

Best place to stay in Benidorm. All was really clean, the service was amazing. The receptionist Claudia was always willing to help with the nicest attitude. Food also really good, an Spanish experience but elevated I will totally come back, worth the price.

Das Hotel liegt an der Spitze der schönen Altstatt unmittelbar bei einem sehr beliebten Aussichtspunkt. Man ist also mittendrin. Nur wenige Gehminuten von unzähligen Restaurants und dem Strand entfernt. Und dank der verkehrsberuhigten Zonen doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Man hört nur das Meeresrauschen. Das Hotel bietet unverbaute Sicht auf's Meer und den nördlichen Strand. Und ohne aufzustehen kann man vom schmalen Bett aus den Sonnenaufgang und die weite des Meeres geniessen. Unser Zimmer besass eine grosse Nasszelle mit Whirlpoolwanne wie auch separater Regendusche. Wir hatten einen Juniorsuite und daher viel Platz für unsere vielen Koffer. Zum Frühstück gab es eine Etagere mit vielen Leckereien und die Möglichkeit sehr viele frisch zubereitete Getränke und Speisen aus der Küche zu bestellen. Bei schönem Wetter geniesst man das Frühstück auf einer kleinen eleganten Terrase mit Bäumen. Sehr romantisch. Das Hotel bietet zudem einen Parkservice an und ist sehr hundefreundlich. Und last but not least ist das gesamte Personal äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Etwas speziell ist die Anreise mit dem Auto. Wegen der verkehrsberuhigten Zone lotste uns weder das Navi vom Auto noch Google Map korrekt zum Hotel. Wir benötigen telefonischen Support von der Rezeption um die richtigen Strassen zu finden. Unbedingt vorher klären. Man erspart sich viel Stress. Denn es ist einfach wenn man den Weg kennt. Aber nicht auffindbar wenn man ihn nicht kennt.

Just got back from spending 3 days at the hotel. Incredible place if you like service. We got upgraded on arrival due it being our anniversary. Great room with great view. Bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. Good to find such a place in Benidorm will definitely be going back.
