Medplaya Hotel Flamingo Oasis

Great stay. Fairly central to town and beach. Facilities where good although pool was closed and room looked out onto a noisy building site to the rear. Close to local pupluc transport and plenty of parking.

The hotel was great .. i was all inclusive .. in a double room .. the food was really nice .. good selection for breakfast lunch and dinner .. could be a bit more fruit .. entertainment wasnt as good as last time but it is understandable as not so many guests The staff were brilliant , very helpful and friendly , the entertainment team were excellent ! The room was very spacious , clean and warm , kettle supplied with selection of tea and coffee , uk tv and nice balcony . The price was good for 2 people but i was on my own and did not get a discount .. it would have been brilliant if there was a single person discount

This is the 4th time we have stayed at the Flamingo and enjoyed our stay The hotel is very clean, the food is very good ,the service is excellent, the only minor downside for us was the entertainment which we thought wasn’t as good as previous stays ( maybe that was just us )but it certainly has not put us off returning next year .All in all a very nice holiday .I can’t understand the negative reviews but I suppose everyone has different expectations

The staff are friendly and helpful.. They swiftly resolve any issues... The food has plenty of choice for everyone including myself a vegetarian... The rooms are clean and comfortable.. And cleaned every day if you require... Entertainment could be a little better but theirs plenty outside the hotel just across the road. So no real issue there

My friend treated me to a very last min trip here for 4 nights! Having never been to Benidorm but heard lots about it, I was excited to see what was in store! My friend upgraded us the the VIP club suites and our room was on the 24th of 25 floors! Our room was spacious enough for 2, plenty storage, mirrors and a bathroom with a shower and bath! Our room was cleaned and made up each day and towels also changed. There is a self service bar of the 24th floor for those who have paid for the club access. There is a fully stocked bar with tea, coffee, soft drinks, spirits, beers, wines, ice. There is also a nice seating area. We were staying on an all inclusive basis, we ate in the hotel for breakfast and dinner. For each there was ample on offer and something for all tastes. With our club access you sit in an area at the back of the dining area. We did a lot of exploring of the surrounding area so never sat at the main pool area, although I did dip my hand in the pool and it was rather fresh! With our club access we also had access to the rooftop pool area which was adults only. This pool was small but ample but also rather fresh. There is also an indoor pool which was open 12-4 each day. There was lots of evening entertainment in the hotel and if you didn't fancy that there were lots of different places you could sit and have a drink and relax throughout the hotel. Staff were all very friendly and I would definetly return. From what I saw this would be an ideal place for a holiday with children, there seemed to be lots of activities to keep them entertained throughout the day. The surroundings are a hive or activity with plenty of shops and bars. There was a huge outdoor market on the Wednesday which was around a 10 min walk from the hotel. Taxi's were really reasonable as was public transport. Great base for myself and my friend and would most def return in the future!

We stayed here 01st to 08th April. Managed to get off the coach fairly quickly so was able to check in, including the now necessary form filling in record time. Not so for others in the long snaking queue. Think they could consider offering a numbered ticket to be called out when it is your turn to check in and along with the ticket something to show bar staff you can order a drink whilst waiting as some elderly people finding it difficult to stand and wait their turn. Staff at reception were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Likewise the restaurant and bar staff. The hotel is exceptionally clean and has a lovely refreshing smell when you enter. Our room 2008, was lovely with large balcony, bathroom with low bath to step in to use the shower. The beds very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was okay. Good choice but in other four star hotels we have had smoked salmon at breakfast and a choice of walnuts/almonds along with the cereals. There was a joing every day, plus choice of vegetables and pasta dishes, burger and hot dogs for those who like that kind of food. Entertainment was okay, nothing to rave about. The Tui reps are there most days, great if you do not want to download apps. Real humans to talk to, amazing. We did enjoy it but really it is a family hotel so when Easter holidays started the hotel filled up with children so was noisier and busier.
