Magic Natura Resort

Hands down the worst resort my family have ever been to. Atrocious food, uncomfortable beds, rude staff, paper thin walls, freezing cold pools, a room that smelled of disinfectant no matter what we tried to do. The pictures online are so incredibly misleading. I cannot explain how disappointed my entire family was - so much so that we paid extra to leave after only 2 nights! Do not go here it is terrible! I have never felt the need to leave a bad review before but I just genuinely cannot understand how anyone can have enjoyed staying here... I've noticed that the hotel have commented multiple times about they're refund policy (quite telling that such a policy exists) but it is also just a lie, we asked about it while staying there and they promised it would be dealt with once we returned home, months later still nothing. Do not waste your money for such an awful experience.

Lugar mágico para disfrutar en familia. Experiencia maravillosa, los niños y los mayores se lo pasan genial, siempre encuentras algo qué hacer. La comida, la cabaña, los animales, las piscinas, la animación, el personal de 10. todo en general. Repetiremos sin duda.

We stayed in a 2 bed Polynesian Lodge with pool view ultra all inclusive and premium. We was the first drop off once we got through alacanti airport. I was honestly regretting booking here with all the negative reviews but I'm so glad we did my family have had an amazing week. We got there about 1.00pm check in was so smooth got out bands left our luggage and went for some dinner husband got a phone call at 2 to say our lodge was ready so wasn't waiting too long and got took up on the buggies. The food is really nice and plentiful even my husband and twin girls who have coeliac disease and has to have gluten free food was well catered for and no one went hungry and David in the premium restaurant was fantastic nothing was too much trouble for him even went and got my husband some gluten free beer one night always had a smile and greeted us warmly every night. The cocktails are really nice and they are definitely not shy with the alcohol my go to was Pina colada and Malibu and blue slush. My husband and 2 of our girls did the meat restaurant and all said it was really nice and can't wait to do it again on the other hand the Italian restaurant wasn't for us at all it was a set starter that non of us enjoyed and it was either pizza or pasta for gluten free as they didn't have lasagna and they could only do cheese or ham pizzas. The Yes the pools are freezing but once your in it's fine after a while and been able to watch the elephants whilst in the pool is amazing. The water park was a big hit my children loved it spent all day in there once as there is a bar that you can use your bands and they also had gluten free food yes it's only Chicken nuggets and chips that's gluten free but it's something and suited us. The zoo is amazing big hit with our kids especially my daughter who has autism there is so much to see and hunting the sloths was good fun. Our children did the swim with sea lions and that is well worth the price and was an enjoyable experience for them and us watching. The mini bus that takes you round the resort was a god send especially on a hot day and we had a fair few hot days. We didn't get the free bus into benidorm but we got taxis and had a walk round the market. The only let down as echoed by others is the late entertainment we managed the mini disco a few times but that's about it. The flies yes there are flies they seemed worse at the water park my mother in law had some in her lodge but we didn't. We never propped our door open as we had nothing to prop it open with where she did and I never saw flies in the restaurant or on the food. Overall it was the best holiday we have been on and are definitely returning in 2026 please don't let all the negative put you off this was the best holiday we have ever been on.

This is a very energetic holiday with activities galore. Our kids 5&6 were very well entertained. Free access to Terra natura zoo and the Aqua natura waterpark. Food was quite average but having access to free food and drinks at the waterpark was a bonus. Kids club staff were excellent - very safety orientated. This not a luxury holiday - it's all about the facilities. Couple of tips: Swimming with sea lions is well worth the cost. We would not do the ultra all inclusive again. Robin hood knight show was more of a chore than entertainment. The lodges, zoo and aqua park are all situated on hills and valleys.

Hemos pasado un Halloween espectacular. Todo ha sido una maravilla. El personal, la comida, la Cabaña. En definitiva, siempre es un auténtico placer volver a nuestra casa que es Magic Natura. Ya tenemos muchas ganas de volver. Nos vemos pronto !!!

After reading some reviews i was a little worried about this place. I heard there were loads of flies but we didnt see any more than anywhere else we have been. We heard there were loads of roaches, we didnt see one. We heard the staff were unfriendly, every member of staff we interacted with were amazing. The zoo was fantastic and we went there twice. The water park was amazing and we spent 3 days there. The add ons you get through AI plus were great we had lunch and cocktails at Stars overlooking benidorm beach and the Italian restaurant was great. We also had Pizza delivered to the room. It hilly but there is a bus driven by Nacho! Ok so the food wasnt the best and the queues were bad until we came up with techniques to combat them. We had a fantastic holiday, one of a kind and dont forget the medieval night at Robin Hood. See you soon I hope
