Amazing amazing hotel! Honestly do not listen to any of the bad reviews, the bad reviews are just a matter of opinion regarding food and taste if decor in rooms. Yes we didn’t like all the food but I wouldn’t eat it back home so again matter of opinion, food not cold unless your going to the end of ghe dinner service so if this a problem for you just go earlier as no issues what so ever. Drink selection amazing loads to suit anyone, shop near by if not. Hotel and rooms very clean and so is the outdoor pool area even during winter. Staff are all very welcoming and make you comfortable and are happy to help always. Quick and easy check in and check out. 10/10 experience would come back again! Entertainment was good when we stayed, was only here a couple days but were given a sheet on arrival of whats on for the full week! Plenty around if not your taste

stayed here last year with my daughter had a brilliant holiday met some lovely people food was great staff were great only thing was unhappy about was your not allowed floaties in the pools dont understand why people were having alot of fun on them until they were told totake them out

We are currently on the last day of our holiday here in Benidorm so what better way to end than to report back on our amazing stay. Firstly the hotel itself is huge. But there is plenty of areas to sit and have drinks. Don't be put off but the amount of floors there are 6 lifts so there is no issues there. The rooms are clean and spacious we opted for the double and we have 2 bigger than average singles together and 2 sofas. Not to mention the balcony which is a great size. There is a fridge in the room and a safe, the safe is additional we usually always opt for using but not this time is wasn't necessary. The food was great, lovely selection each meal time we loved it. The all inclusive drink selection was better than some of the 5* hotels we've stayed in. Thr cocktail menu was lovely and all good sizes tumblers aswell. If you wanted to opt for the premium there is a charge of 3 euro or 15 euro a day. The location is spot on, you couldn't get anything better we found. There a lidl right across the road. Turn right out of the hotel to shops one after the other after the other, definitely visit the indoor market it's amazing loads of things perfumes handbags ect... Lavante beach is just a bit further down the road 20 mins from the hotel which again is full of shops and bars along with morgans taven (Neptune's) if your anything like us and love the series and what to see all the sites. Overall great stay would definitely recommend and return 👌

Amazing experience from getting off the coach. We received a warm welcome from the receptionist, room was spotless and beautiful. Food has been amazing and the service from the team at the bar and in the restaurant has been brilliant. We would like to thank Toni especially for his wonderful hospitality

Swift check in around 4pm. Stayed here many many times Drinks were already waiting for us before we had our wrist bands in. We were given room on first floor and this was huge. Only here for 7 days meeting up with friends. Food was spot on, the last day or so the food dipped a bit but still decent Restaurant is alway clean and tidy with the staff constantly cleaning tables and making sure everything ran well Entertainment was what it was. Some good some not so good but we like football so went down the street a few times Bar staff Noemi, Georgia and Christopher and James on hand never any issues in getting served at any time. We had heating in our room which worked of the thermostat and worked properly. Room cleaned daily We have already booked our usual 2 weeks in May and thinking of going back in September and again at new year This hotel is ideal for us any season of the year. Location new end Benidorm, beach and old town minutes away and very quiet outside
