Budget accommodation, good for a light sleep.For the money I paid , can't really complain. Although the place is dated, and some of the fittings/furnishings could be renewed. Would I stay again? No sorry. No security after 12am, so any noise and you just have to suffer it. Shower was decent, as was bathroom in general.

Despite all the negative reviews we were a party of 6 ladies and had a fantastic time here, alright the apts are very dated and no heating on but a great location and staff very helpful and friendly, in a great location not too far out and plenty of shops/ bars around in walking distance

Arrived at 2pm, check in was smooth & receptionist was polite, the deposit can be paid in euro or pound so if your concerned about spending euros at airport just pay in pounds. We got our deposit back the night before as our check out was early. When we checked out reception was closed & told just to leave keys on table inside apartment which seemed odd as the apartment wasn’t secure and anyone could have entered and damaged it. The apartment 105 was very dated but it was clean and at £20pppn I wasn’t expecting the ritz. We had a massive balcony, living area, bedroom & bathroom. It was fine for a short stay with a friend. The apartment was cold during the night and morning as heating only on 5pm- midnight. There was extra blankets in the wardrobe but they had seen better days, bobbly & 1 had a cigarette burn. At 4.50am our hall light came on, no one came into the apartment and doors were locked but it did spook us out and woke us both up & couldn’t get back to sleep. It was on a fairly good location and for a short cheap stay it did the trick.

Well we booked the luxmar before reading any reviews if I had seen the reviews before I would not have booked this according to the reviews. When we arrived we were checked in by Amanda on the reception and the welcome and the service could not have been any better at all.The hotel is not the Ritz but it's also not the Ritz price so if you are after looking for the Ritz quality the look somewhere else,but if you are looking for a bed bath/shower with lots of bars and restaurants within a minutes walk at a fair price then this fits the bill,would I return most definitely

After reading the reviews I was wary, but the apartments are clean and tidy and provide a base to sleep eat etc, we didn’t cook in the apartments we ate out as it’s very cheap but you do have a basic kitchen spacious balcony clean bathroom large rooms. It is a pay for what you get but for budget i would definitely stay here again, I’ve found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Be prepared it’s a 50€ deposit per person which you get back as long as you don’t damage the rooms, ideal for last day duty free. We stayed 10 days. All in all if you come with the mindset it’s budget you won’t be disappointed.

Some tips for food and drinks aswel. My personal favourite for breakfast is Costa games 2 on bar on C. de Amsterdam, tartan bar is a 10 min walk for good Scottish breakfast, plenty of good choices for grills such as sizzler accross the road or country ribs located next to uncle peds. If your looking for home comforts food wise I'd suggest the Yorkshire pride brilliant food and portions, Sunday dinner and the Gammon out of this world, all you can eat Indian and Chinese just up the road to plus in the paddock cocktails are €3.50 all day every day. Plenty of cheap places to eat and drink aswel around hotel. Also the tropical, sinatras and rock and roll put on shows right by hotel

I've been coming to Benidorm for years now but have never stayed in a place as bad as this. We stayed for a week during the fiesta. We didn't see a maid all week And had to request toilet roll and towels. The room was rancid with so many issues to list. The receptionist is extremely rude and the food downstairs is vile. They have the audacity to take 50 euros each from you on arrival but dont check your room before they give it back to you. This has to be paid in cash. Do not stay, they don't deserve the custom

Just got home from celebrating my 40th birthday with friends and family. I knew this was never going to be a luxury stay but it is VILE. It hasn’t been decorated since at least the 60s, decor wouldn’t have bothered me if it was clean but it wasn’t. It was disgusting. Stayed for 3 nights, not once where we given clean linen or towels. When we asked we were told these would have to be paid for as an extra!!? A towel! Cigarette burns in the bedding, doors that don’t closed, stains in bath, chips in all tiles and doors that are falling apart. The reception also demand a €50 per person deposit for damage control, the room isn’t worth €50 including the contents! Didn’t visit the pool so can’t comment but after looking at everything else I wouldn’t use it anyway. Would not return!
