Gran Hotel Bali arvostelua

I had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I asked for a room with a sea view, and they kindly upgraded me to a room on the 35th floor with a stunning panoramic view of both the sea and the entire city. During a city-wide power outage that lasted the whole day, the hotel continued to operate as usual with full electricity, while other hotels were left completely in the dark. I was truly impressed and very satisfied with my stay!

Not much I can say really, the room I was allocated was dreadful so dark and dull and I was unable to open the curtains (dark black no net curtains or blinds) as I was on the 1st floor and there was a walk way fire escape outside my window which allowed people to look into the room. The amount of cigarette butts outside the window on the ground was crazy. The food was also so bad we had to find restaurants outside after paying for full board. The staff although nice they seemed to be under pressure which caused long delays at the various bars and reception.  I won’t be returning….

La ubicación si buscas playa y tranquilidad es perfecta, pero si buscas el jaleo de la fiesta y demás, ya estamos hablando de unos 3 km del hotel. La única pega que le pondría es la comida, poca variedad para un hotel 4 estrellas. Eso sí, las vistas y el ascensor panorámico espectaculares! Pdt: mejorar el tema de la comida porfavor; también aprovechar esas mesas que tenéis para poner más variedad de comida y no repetir la misma comida por cada lado del buffet.

Todo de 10 me gusto mucho este hotel y su personal muy amable,la piscina y los mojitos de mi favoritos, la cama muy cómoda, la ducha súper amplia, todo genial volvería mil veces 😁

Servicio magnífico igual que las instalaciones, la comida, mejorable algún mediodía, pero buenísima, y atención siempre genial en recepción, y esperando volver el año próximo. Única petición, más jabón y champú en el baño.

Hotel con buenas instalaciones en general, pero con un personal escepcional, amables y muy buenos profesionales

These people at this hotel need at lot of customer service training and also there are so rude and really dont now how to speak to guess who need ask simple basic Questions like why do a all inclusive guess Can vist there restaurants for second time And why do all inclusive guess have pay for bottle water that cost 7 euros this so so not right and also inside restaurants oh my day I saw crawling insect oh my days this hotel really need to under inspection Especially from food inspection officer And dinner plate are so dirty and drinking glass so dirty dirty dirty these people inside this hotel don't now wash and clean these plate and tea cup and drink in glass

Buen Hotel en Benidor. Los trabajadores súper amables y atentos, la habitación amplia y limpia, la comida de los bufets con calidad. En mayo es ideal para no encontrarte tanto guiri. Lo mejor es el The SkyBar en la planta 45, aconsejo tomarse una copa y contemplar las vistas. Volveremos , gracias!

I really enjoyed my stay room clean tidy if do your research won’t go far wrong I can’t honestly say anything negative it served my purpose the breakfast was wot u expect from a Spanish hotel I liked it the staff fine we me ad definitely return again cheap drinks at bar etc great 3 nights 👍👍

Paper thin walls. With 3 loud ****** next room. Arguing and banging doors etc from 2am till 5ish every night. Staff did zero to sort it. We love Spain but Hotel Bali....never again. Staff attitude was low and below par as were the lifts - 4 star hotel my foot! I'm working class and wasn't looking for royal treatment. Just wanted a stress free holiday. Many visitors complaining everyday at the desk. Hotel leadership needs sorted. Sad stuff.

Personally I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again Staff are not very welcoming or friendly, it took 45 minutes to check in! And even then the receptionist kept doing other things and even answered her mobile phone while I was in the middle of being checked in. The cleaning lady was fab tho! We were only there for a couple days so had hand luggage, didn’t bring a towel for the pool so used the one from the bathroom,was told by lifeguard he have to take it away or I have to hire one! I said we only here for an hour then going out! I ended up buying one from the local shop- so if u do go to this hotel bring ur own towel It’s a shame as hotel lovely , just the staff let it down unfortunately

It was our first holiday in Spain, and after choosing this hotel, I was horrified by all the negative reviews I came across. To my relief, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Maybe it’s our Latvian mentality that helped us, as we’re not too fussy. We booked a package with just breakfast included, and we were happy to find a wide variety of options—everything from oat porridge, bacon, Spanish omelette, and regular omelette, to lots of fruits and tasty treats like churros. I really don’t understand why some people say there aren’t enough choices. We stayed on the 28th floor with amazing views of both the sea and the mountains. The room was clean, and the chambermaid came to change the towels every day. Yes, the room was a bit dated, not new, but I saw on the hotel’s website that they’ve started renovating rooms, so no doubt it’ll be even better soon. Check in process was easy and smooth, our receptionist was very professional. The hotel is in a great location—close to shops and local restaurants/cafés, and just a five-minute walk to the beach, which my children absolutely loved. Thank you for the great memories you have created for us!

Could be so much better… On arrival be prepared to wait an age to be checked in. When you finally get to the check in desk you’ll be greeted by the reception staff who clearly have never took any courses on customer service. Most are unbelievably rude! We were on the 39th floor as you can imagine it’s high! Rooms were dated, bathroom old fashioned and the bizarre glass door separating you from the shower to the sink is strange. The bed was comfy at least. Breakfast, I can see it becoming tiresome if you’re on AI but we managed to eat and be full. Lifts, yes you probably are going to be waiting a while for a lift and it stopping a lot because the hotel is massive so not entirely sure what people expect? Pool area, decent, loads of beds! Spa, unfortunately we couldn’t go as it was fully booked we went up and wanted to have a look around but they wouldn’t let us. Nightclub, pretty cool to be fair. All in all, this could be a proper hotel but some pretty big changes need to happen and with the amount of reviews all about the same thing for months it doesn’t look like the hotel read this site and take on board our thoughts.

Myself and my partner have just got back from a week at Gran Hotel Bali. We were totally disappointed after spending time looking forward to what should’ve been a relaxing holiday turned out to be the total opposite. The staff were unwelcoming, not all but most, especially in the dining and bar areas making us feel uncomfortable and like a nuisance, often when we asked for a drink at dinner time the staff would roll their eyes as though it was a hardship for them- ( we were all inclusive). The food was edible but nothing to rave about, it does get boring after a while so we opted to eat out on a few nights. I will say the cleaners we encountered were very friendly and did a great job. The hotel looks nice from the outside, however this is deceiving. The rooms were big, but looked tired, could do with a refresh. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from the surrounding rooms, on most nights we felt like we were in a nightclub from the music coming from the rooms above us! The lifts are ridiculous, we only got in the lift 3 times during our 7 night stay as they took forever to arrive and then when they did would often go to the wrong floor or the doors wouldn’t open. I really wouldn’t recommend, and won’t be coming back.
