This is our third visit to the RH Princesa, and can’t complain about anything from checking in to checking out. I recommend spending 10 euros on a deposit for the hotel safe. We are silver all inclusive which we get non branded drinks, a couple of cocktails, mocktails, draught soft drinks, snacks and small icecream tubs. Anything not part of silver all inclusive we got a 70% discount on those items and had the option to charge to your room to pay on checking out. We had a twin room on the 1st floor with the third bed made on the fold out chair bed. My 16 year old daughter slept on that all week and said it’s very comfortable. We are above the entertainment bar, we can hear the entertainment sounds coming up the stairs from the ground floor but it never kept us awake. The evening entertainment we watched we enjoyed, there was one night one of the entertainment acts didn’t turn up. The entertainment team were quick to get a picture quiz out to everyone in the bar to do whilst waiting for the next entertainment act to arrive. We won one of the picture quizzes and the prize was a bottle of champagne from the bar. The staff in the hotel are friendly and do anything to make your stay enjoyable, from the restaurant and the bar staff to the reception and the cleaning staff. The food is plentiful for all meals, and always something different for lunch and dinner. I did find the hot food at breakfast was the same every morning apart from one morning which was chorizo sausage and roasted vegetables. There are choices of churros, waffles, pancakes, omelettes made to order, sausages, eggs, beans, fruit, cereals, toast etc so I varied what food I ate every day. On Friday at dinner the hotel do a gala night and have croquettes and champagne outside of the restaurant which cannot be taken into the restaurant. Also on a Friday in the restaurant at dinner is the chocolate fountain. The food to put in the chocolate tonight was all melon. However there are bananas in the fruit section. I cut a couple of those up to put on the skewers. The outdoor food cabin is great too, and has a good choice of food. Again the food in the outdoor food cabin not part of silver all inclusive has a discount. The food covered by silver all inclusive is chips, burgers, hot dogs and toasties. The swimming pool outside I can’t complain about either. The jacuzzi is for over 13’s only and the lifeguard tells people straight away if someone goes in who is not over 13. We always had no issue getting a lounger, at any time of day. One of the lifeguards helped me move an umbrella after someone took ours. We will definitely visit the hotel again.
