Hotel Agua Azul - Adults Only

Stayed here from 14th -21st feb we were checked it promptly told everything we needed we were two couples and put on two different floors and after the first night asked if possible to be moved to the same floor and tat was granted by a lovely lady on the front desk pilar a very helpful and energetic lady full off energy and always smiling food was always good from breakfast dinner and evening meals drinks were branded drink entertainment this year was a lot better than last year with three shows every night we even joined in with the activities as the new entertainment manager ray was awesome as getting people involved and very friendly this was our second time to this hotel and will be back next year met some guests from last year who made our stay including ray Ken Alan Paul and Brian the staff are all friendly and helpful from bar staff cleaners from of house and the manager entertainment manager ray rooms were always cleaned to a high standard we will be back second time year and always seems to get better with each visit xxx ps thanks again for my birthday card and presents while I was there on my birthday

Where do I start this is my 5th time at this hotel and staff and food and cleanliness are outstanding I didn’t think it could get better but the entertainment has been brilliant 3 different acts every night and the Valentine’s Day was amazing lots of beautiful touches tables set lovely and lots of gifts for us all a special thank you to Rai the entertainment manager and also Ivan the hotel manager always happy to and to the lovely Pilar Thank you again My dads first time he just loves it here 🥰

We have never been to benidorm before but someone said "don't knock it until you try it",so we decided to check out a few hotels. My hubby doesn't like high rise buildings so we had to look for something 12 floors or less and The hotel agua azul popped up,we checked out reviews and looked it up on YouTube. Well what can I say ...... Hotel was spotless, wherever you were. Rooms were smaller than we've had before but they had everything you needed,I know some people moaned about the perspex petition between the sink and the bed but we found it okay,but my clever hubby took a couple of suckers with us,put them on perspex and hung cardies on them so we could see them. Food was very varied,always plenty of choice, something for everyone. Now to the staff...... They were fantastic,always friendly, nothing too much trouble,whether in restaurant,bar area, animation, cleaning staff, reception. There were too many to name but we must give a special mention to Pilar on reception,never met anyone so lovely and bubbly and welcoming,she is definitely the face of the hotel. We are already planning to go back.

This was our second visit to the hotel and it was just as good as we remembered. We were welcomed on arrival by Pilar who was able to find us rooms which were close together. Our rooms were clean and well equipped, and were cleaned thoroughly every day. Bar service was good and the food quality in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel is smaller than some we have stopped in which means that there was a more limited choice on the buffet, but in our view the quality of what was available more than compensated. Staff throughout the hotel are friendly and accommodating and work tirelessly. We have booked to visit again next year!

We stayed in room 4 and would highly recommend recommend these pool view rooms with the much larger balconies. Room for a table and chairs and sun lounger , the rooms are also larger . The room service is excellent and the room was cleaned daily . The food is also really good and there’s a good selection. I must also make special mention of Ray the animation manager. Friendly enthusiastic and a really great singer and entertainer . There is also a cultural walk on Wednesdays and Saturdays taken by Ray it really is worthwhile just for the information and knowledge .

Lovely hotel , staff are very friendly & helpful . Rooms clean & spacious with rooms cleaned daily. Fridge kettle & tea coffee etc replenished daily. Food is ready good, lots of choice to suit all tastes. One of the best hotels in Benidorm & will definitely be returning.
