Hotel Agua Azul - Adults Only

Amazingly clean not like some hotels that i have been to in Benidorm over the last 30 years. Pilar on main desk is a star 🌟 no thing of to much trouble. Virgina is keeping are room spotlessly clean. Much appreciated. The drinks are branded drink Not local on the all inclusive. It's a situated a stone's throw away from the old town which is very nice for a walk at night. The coffee's are nice which is not always the case at the hotels. The only small minus is the pool area could be a little bit larger.

We are still here at the hotel at the moment, unlike the other reviewers, we don't have any problems with the glass partitions, most of the hotels we've been to that have been updated seem to follow the same way, opaque glass rather than a blank wall, it gives you the feeling of space, as for the toilet, ours was situated behind a wall with an opaque sliding door so you couldn't see anyone in the loo...most people are couples and over 18,so sharing a room like this....it has no issues for me!!! You are still private in the shower and the loo, so don't be put off by these comments, the hotel is very clean and the rooms looked after well by lovely staff...clean towels and bedding no problems. The reception staff were a joy and seemed to be quite happy to welcome you to their hotel, we absolutely loved the idea of having a chip attached to your wrist band, this you swiped across the door like you would a key card...No chance of losing your room key!!!! Fabulous!! The food was definitely geared towards British guests and in my opinion very good more important Hot 🔥 the staff in the restaurant have got it off to a fine art, clear the tables but do not hover to clear even at busy times, the bar was well stocked with beers, wines and spirits no queuing and all the staff serve with a smile. The entertainment was good, 3shows a night, what more could you want, unfortunately the Spanish girl singing all the oldies last night was marred by a British man showing himself up by shouting RUBISH I think the whole of the audience took exception to his outrageous comment and showed their disapproval for him by giving the young lady a standing ovation, it doesn't show us British in a very good light, you know who you are and the next time the entertainment may not be to your liking, just leave the room and let us enjoy the evening without being shown up. We met some really lovely couples in the time we were there and hopefully will return next year to carry on where we left off. Thank you to all the staff at this hotel who helped us to enjoy our stay. Would recommend any one to stay here, give it a go ...ENJOY .

The hotel looked clean and tidy from outside reception was very inviting reception people very friendly helpful and knowledgeable our room had everything you would want towels and sheets changed regularly the food is amazing couple of dishes are cooked by the chef fleshly, tables changed quickly and plates etc taken away straight away very efficient staff

We were allowed to stay in room 121 for a few days. We were very well received. The rooms are clean and were serviced daily. The hotel is wheelchair-friendly. The food is very varied. Pilar from reception made sure that even our last day became a nice memory.

Firstly all staff all staff in every department are very professional welcoming and helpful in fact outstanding,the hotel is kept exceptionally clean inside and outside,food is good always something which we liked plenty of choice,drinks all good 👍, location could not be better everything you could possibly need is a minutes walk away,our room was very good and cleaned through out daily our reasoning for only giving a 4 rating is the screen between the bed and the washing and showering area was see through which we thought should be solid for privacy, saying that we highly recommend this hotel we definitely will be going again asap

This hotel is one of the best we have stayed in it totaly deserves it 4 * rating. The food was amazing though buffet style it was high quality there was fresh show cooking at every meal. The drinks were branded spirits and a good larger. There were lots of cocktails (some of which you have to pay for even though all inclusive) The entertainment was the best we have ever had 3 different acts every night the highlight been Pablo Bloom a very funny comedy musician. The room was huge and clean and the maids were very good. But here's the bizarre bit and I can't belive it has not been mentioned in reviews, you have a toilet with a glass door and when the light is on you can see the person sitting on the toilet, you have a shower but no where to get dressed and a sink that is actually in the room with only a clear sheet of glass between the rest of the room. Maybe it just us been a bit prudish but it's a total lack of privacy.
