Hemos pasado un fin de semana en este hotel, y cabe destacar su ubicación: primera línea de playa, con una piscina para relajarse, las habitaciones cómodas, el desayuno muy bien y el personal en general muy amables y atentos

Dommage que Benidorm soit aussi peuplé mais quand vous êtes à l hôtel vous n entendez pas le bruit nous étions à l arrière du bâtiment. Faites attention la piscine est plutôt un bassin de trempette... Le petit déjeuner est vraiment bien achalandé. La plage en face de l'hôtel est très fréquentée à cette période il est préférable de vous rendre dans d autres villes à taille humaine.

Arrived yesterday and currently at hotel. Note that if you do not/have not upgraded to a sea view room there are works including diggers, drilling, skips being moved etc from 8am until 6pm. Due to the hotel not being in control of the works they will not waive the change of room fee. Although no plans to be in the room all day, drilling and diggers reversing at 8am is an unwelcome wake up.

I stayed here on my 1st solo trip. The beach is on your doorstep, the hotel is spotless and all staff are friendly. I dint think i would stay anywhere else in Benidorm. Blown away bt the whole experience

Location is the best thing about this hotel — on the Levante beach and pretty much central. Breakfast is ok. We didn’t have any other meals there so not sure about evening food. Paid for sea front room but as they are set back, there is little sun and none after 2pm, so we paid the upgrade to superior sea view which are exactly the same rooms with sun and a coffee machine (which didn’t work) but at 25 euros more the night. Single beds pushed together with separate bedding which weren’t fixed, so if you’re not bothered about having a separate bed to your partner, fair enough. Rooms were clean and fresh towels every day. There are only about 20 sun loungers - we were there 5 days and couldn’t get anywhere near one. Despite signs saying loungers couldn’t be reserved, this was not the case. The pool area and pool are very small. For us, the most stand out thing was the lack of friendly staff - reception, dining room, bar, cleaning…No “hello’s” or acknowledgement (nobody was ever on dining room reception?) We come to Benidorm every year and have stayed at much better hotels for the same price so won’t be returning to this one.
