房間與環境都不錯。問題出在櫃枱員工衹會講當地的方言而且。有問題時對他講英語也衹會點頭,結果沒有行動解決😵💫三間卧室的冰箱都坯的問他們時的回答 是把東西拿到一樓櫃枱由員工幫我放進們他們用的冰箱👎🏻住一晚次就讓讓我的血壓伸高不少。

1st attempt and 2nd attempt was not a good one. Reception was nice, but other staff members were not considerate when one was attending to staff, which created the first impression dropped. The fridge was never cold at all. Slippers, mats, and towels were always not complete. The shower dispensers were disgusting, lucky we always brought our own toiletries. Dusty room. Im sorry, I tried for the 2nd time, but it's not up to standard.

You get what you pay for. The aircon was not cold and Bath amenities were not labelled. I could hear the sounds from connecting rooms. Overall not pleasant but just bearable experience.

Very slow service, legit very slow on services. both house keeping and receptionist. For example, send for laundry & iron. I need to begged every night (2100hrs) just for my return clothes.

"Great experience at the hotel in Batam! Front desk staff Mr. Yudi was super helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to help me with a special request - arranging a tool my husband needed for showering due to his handicap. The room was clean and had a great view.
