Nice place. Neat and clean .Good Staff. Beach is right behind the resort .We initially planned for 1days but later continued our stay here. No food available but there are beach shacks just outside the backgate on the beach. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Staff is courteous and professional.

overall very good. location 5 out of 5. very near to🌊sea. by opening door you can see the sea. very good environment, kids and nature's friendly. security guard are there 24 hr in front and back gate. hotel staff very nice and friendly👍. no restaurant at hotel but there are two good restaurant in 2 min walk. hotel room are very good clean.

We did not had food in resort but stay was awesome nearby beach view exists. Staff assistance is to be improved

Location wise good. It is near the beach. Room quality is very bad. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. Not suitable for families. It is not kids friendly. No kitchen. No powerback available.

We booked it for 2 days, location was awesome. They have private beach entry. We loved it so much!

Decent resort location wise and a laid back, calm ambience. Would have been good if they had some basic food and beverage services within the resort. The sea side shacks are very expensive.

Cottages are huge and spacious. Cleanliness and hygiene was good well maintained washroom. Food is not available, you have to order it from outside. It is located closest to the benaulim beach. Recommended.

Beach is accessible from inside resort. Bit old rooms but neatly maintained. Rooms are spacious. Very aesthetic and calm. It doesn't have restaurant attached. No nearby hotels other than beach shacks. Zomato delivery is allowed.

This hotel is right in-front of the beach. Big property with ample space for car parking under shade with security personnel on both the gates. Rooms are very clean and hygienic and european style. No tv and swimming(why you need one when you have a huge one in front of your rooms. No restaurant but there are many options on the beach. Beach is also great not crowded like the ones in north goa. Will definitely visit again.

My experience was very good with this property. We had very low expectations from them but it turned out to be very good. The property is having exit towards the beach which is the best part. Place was clean and hygienic. Only negative point is they don’t serve breakfast but we can have it at the beach as there are multiple options available.
