El personal del hotel atento. Los colchones horribles. Deberían arreglar tema ascensor, el acceso para ir al restaurante con carrito es pésimo. Además, mi hijo se resbaló causándole un esguince con dos semanas en reposo por ese suelo tan deslizante que tiene muchas partes del hotel

My daughter and her 2 friends spent 4 nights at the Bali hotel, they can totally relate to the other reviews that staff are unwelcoming, unfriendly and in some cases very rude. The pool area was overcrowded, the pool was smelly (urine) and dirty and so many people in there was hardly any room to move. Sunbeds were broken. The corridors were dark, dingy and unclean and also smelt of cigarettes. The food was not very nice, hardly no choices available. The staff do seem to have issues with British people and other nationalities received better treatment and services. On arrival no information was given for food times and drinks passes were not given out until the girls were refused drinks at the bar so had to go back to reception even though they had wristbands on. The cleaners entered their rooms even when a do not disturb sign was on the door. The girls had 2 meals (meat and chips) and one drink each at mealtimes before deciding the all inclusive basis was not for them, they then had to eat and drink outside of the hotel at extra expense. They would never go back and would never recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately if your British you will be treated like poo. Nightmare Hotel. There is absolutely nothing there that will make us return. We returned home on Friday and I have emailed the hotel privately to tell them my thoughts as I don’t really make reviews on TA but they never responded as clearly they don’t care. THIS IS MY REVIEW , MY OPINION PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SCROLL ON BY IF YOU DONT LIKE MY OPINION. SIMPLES. Fist day got told off from the miserable LG for smoking in the smoking area. Well that was reported to management by me who followed this up immediately and clearly they were not happy as there had been complaints before. . No diving in the pool, no tee shirts in the pool, no eating your snacks whilst on your sunbed , no donut rings allowed in the pool unless they are smaller than a polo mint. No balls in the pool . Unless your Spanish that is . One rule for one and one rule for another. Spanish make up their own rules . Do what they want. So disrespectful. They need to remember that without us British people they would not have a job. Food… labelled very well contains , gluten, dairy etc. cold, bland and tasteless. Some of the restaurant staff are rude but never mind .Again unless your Spanish. Bar staff…..they work very hard, short staffed . Us British always do a polite que whilst in the line for a drink but obviously the Spanish go straight to the front to get served first. Not on. I’ve heard a few arguments regarding this. Pool area was dirty with babies nappy’s being changed on the sunbed and just chucked on the floor and before anything is said I witnessed this for myself and even the cleaner would not pick it up. People leaving uneaten food on the floor . People leaving beach towels on the sunbeds and not even using them and come back 5 hrs later. After 6 days the LG decided he would take photos of the unused sunbeds and peoples personal belongings that was left unattended for more than 4 hrs which caused a right stir when the British came back and I absolutely agree with this. Your allowed 1 hr for your lunch unless your yet again Spanish . Restaurant… why can’t parents stop their children from screaming the place down ?? Nightmare. I could spend at least another 1/2 hour stating my concerns at this hotel but I’m not going to. The list will go on and on. So much more to say as I did send the Hotel a private email to tell them my and not just my concerns but they never got back to me. Would I recommend or return to this hotel ?? Unfortunately Not. But what I will say is that the rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard and towels changed every day.

We are here again for a lovely holiday. The hotel is very busy but that's to be expected at this time of the year. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and work very hard. Nothing is a problem for them. We had a couple of issues with the room but once mentioned to reception they were resolved promptly. It is nice to see familiar faces from Stuart and staff on reception, Julian, Lola and the bar staff and Francesco and the restaurant staff. Hotel is clean, food is varied and there is always plenty to choose from. This is our favourite holiday hotel and we have seen how it has been refurbished time and time again over the years.

Sorry its a long post. We've just got back from staying in this hotel for 4 nights. Normally we stay 4 star plus and all inclusive, but this holiday for us was just a cheap, quick get away for a few days, so we thought this hotel would suffice for us. Check in - We stayed half board. You are able to choose between lunch, or dinner as your meal. When we checked in we were offered a drinks package which ONLY allows drinks with your meal, which is a bottle of water, soft drinks, beer, or sangria. €4 euro a day per adult, or €2 per child. My daughter only drinks water, which I informed them of, and they said I still needed to buy the package, so I did. Check in was quick, easy, and (what we thought at the time) informative. The hotel receptionist was very friendly. The room - after checked in we went straight to our room. The lifts are tiny and sooo slow. . You can only get 6 people in them too, so people with mobility issues, or a pushchair often have a very long wait. The corridors are dark, dingy and the carpets were dirty. We were a little concerned what the room would be like on first impressions. The room was small, but clean, light and plenty of storage. The bathroom was dated but fine for what we needed. There is a fridge, no drinks, tea and coffee making facilities. We had a nice view from the balcony and the beds were comfy. The corridors weren't noisy either. The only thing I'd say the rooms really needed is a blackout curtain. The curtains let a lot of light in, as did the green glow from the electric panel on the wall. I kept thinking we'd left the bathroom light on, and there's no way of covering it over either. When we arrived, the air con was barely working and gave no relief to the heat. We did report this to the hotel the next morning and it was fixed straight away. As dinner had finished, we could get food at the bar. Either half a baguette with a topping (they call it a panini) or pizza. Both were very nice and freshly made. We also ordered drinks, including a filtered water. We did not have to pay for the filtered water. We then went to bed and had a comfortable sleep. The Pool - we went to spend the day at the pool. When we arrived at the bottom pool we got the last remaining parasol and sunbeds. We bought drinks from the pool bar. The filtered water was free. The sunbeds are ridiculously uncomfortable. They have a bar through the top and bottom so it doesn't matter which end you lie, there is a bar sticking in your back. They don't adjust either. I could not use the beds because of this as I often suffer with a bad back and they weren't suitable for me, so I used a chair. On the last day of our holiday, my friends back went whilst trying to get off it. The pools are small. Both pools are the same which have steps into them, and then it goes from being shallow to deep very quickly. Hotel is very run down and needs a lot of money spent on it pool area missing tiles and cracks all around food is always cold. Our room stank of sewerage most days and we had ants everywhere staff where friendly would not stay here again unless there is a major overhaul of the hotel.
