- Just home and so disappointed with our stay. This hotel has extremely delapidated rooms (floor 0 room 2028) Dark corridors that are not safe and not lit up properly. - The pool area is absolutely filthy. Adults/children walking around in pure filth congealed sick, blood, cigarette butts, drinks. I asked could it be power washed, it wasn't . I've added pictures. self explanatory. Accident waiting to happen , grates not replaced at pool side. Tampons floating in other pool. + The entertainment was very good but wasted it's on this hotel. The breakfast was very good. - Cleaning ladies do their best on the rooms but the smell of mould and staleness. Hard to polish a turd. Wardrobe door missing. Old and uncomfortable. Smell is vile. Mould on tiles . Most definitely will not be back and would urge people to pay the bit extra and go elsewhere.

30/05/2025 - 06/06/2025 The Hotel we found very clean and tidy, rooms are small but you don’t live in the room, they provide Dove, shower, shampoo and hand wash in the rooms, is an added bonus My friend and I was all inclusive we found it hard that you had card to get a drink then you kept the glass until your next drink, you couldn’t relax as if you had no glass to hand in then you had to pay €5 for another card, even though you had an all inclusive wrist band. The reason I feel for this is they didn’t have to collect glass up. But they must of for paying guests that paid for there drinks, as they could leave them anywhere Cocktails 🍹 for all inclusive was done very cheap, if you paid for drinks you got the real ones, so we decided to go out to 4* hotel for drinks as same prices as our hotel, but better surroundings. The Sky bar terrace down the hill just across the road is beautiful, and lovely entertainment too, a must go, we wish we had of booked in that hotel for the week as 4* but looked like 5* you didn’t have to queue they came to your table and served you All inclusive food was very basic and very much the same lunch and evening meal you wouldn’t go hungry, breakfast was also basic Don’t expect a variety The staff were very friendly and polite at all times. We paid €15 for kettle and tea and coffee in room for the week, but had to collect tea & coffee from a room you could get more food from 10am till 11pm but only for thoughs all inclusive Bathroom towels did get changed if left on floor, we were happy to only have them changed half way through week Safety deposit box was €33 and we got €5 back at end of stay You are best to take your own beach towels as again they charge The hotel is on a hill, and to get to beach you go down lots and lots of steps, we hired two sun beds and umbrella for €15 a day, beds have nice thick mattress on so very comfortable and well worth paying. At hotel, got very crowded but the good thing was you can’t get down early to get sun bed as doors don’t open till 9am. There are two pools, one for children with inflatables and one pool with no inflatables It gets really hot in the entrainment room, air-con is not that efficient Premium drinks not included in all inclusive you have to pay for them. If you stay as bed and breakfast I think it would be better value as it is not expensive to eat and drink out. I personally would not go back to this hotel, I would rather pay more money for a 5* as I have done in past, but I thought it wouldn’t matter for one week as I went with a friend, but we both agreed we should of chosen better This hotel is perfectly fine if you are on a budget and wanting to keep costs down Just don’t expect too much
