I checked in. Paid in advance for the room. Entered the room and it was crazy hot - there’s no way a normal human can sleep in the room. The receptionist (who says she is the manager) did not warn me that the AC was not working. She took my money and gave a key. I returned to the receptionist and asked For a ReFund within 10 minutes of checking in. She totally refused to refund my payment. This is an example of awful customer service. 1) Why did she not tell me the AC was not working? And 2) why no ReFund? I didn’t sleep in the room. I found another much nicer hotel with working AC and closer to the city center. I understand that AC breaks down in hot weather - I get it! But why the manager took my money without telling me the room is literally 32 C (95 F). And the. No refund?? Incredible.

Ho pernottato due vinte in questa struttura nel centri di Belluno. Ho trovato la camera ampia, pulita con un bagno con doccia molto spaziosa. Buono il materasso . Per un 4 stelle non ho trovato: il set di cortesia, spazi comuni dove stare, la sala colazione molto “minimal” ed anche la colazione direi essenziale soprattutto nella qualità dei prodotti. Molto buono in compenso il rapporto qualità /prezzo

Struttura molto buona. Camera silenziosa confortevole con bagno di buone dimensioni. Accessori più che sufficienti salvo le grucce l'armadio. Colazione con giudizio più che positivo sia per varietà che per qualità che per quantità. Personale professionale che è sempre gentile anche se non ti fa sentire un cliente speciale.

Piccolo ma grazioso hotel molto vicino al centro di Belluno. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, ma ci siamo trovati bene. Perdonale gentile, colazione nella norma. Possibilità di parcheggiare gratis nelle vicinanze e possibilità di raggiungere ristoranti o simili a piedi e velocemente la sera. Unica nota dolente il riscaldamento centralizzato troppo alto. Approvato

Stayed at this centrally located hotel in Belluno for the night. Parking is free in front of the hotel. Deluxe room was nice, clean, and bed was on the firmer side which we liked. Breakfast was included in our rate and was surprisingly well-stocked.

Confermo ciò che ho letto in diverse altre recensioni. È un buon tre stelle, ma nulla di più. Pulizia non impeccabile, set di cortesia usati e non cambiati come da foto. Colazione nella media. Riscaldamento centralizzato e non controllabile. All'arrivo, le cinque del pomeriggio,non abbiamo trovato nessuno alla reception ma un cartello con scritto "torno subito". Per vedere arrivare qualcuno ho dovuto chiamare e insistere nel far squillare. Nulla da dire per un tre stelle, ma non è un hotel assolutamente all'altezza dei veri 4 stelle ( l'unica cosa in linea è il prezzo, esagerato per i servizi offerti).Parcheggio interrato al prezzo di 10 euro a notte.

Darei a questo hotel massimo tre stelle. Camere vecchie, anche il letto è scomodo con biancheria da hotel da due stelle. Corridoi e parti comuni sporche ed usurate, colazione dolce e salata discreta ma con pane e prodotti confezionati. Pagato 144 euro più tassa di soggiorno, una follia per questo hotel.

"I recently stayed at Hotel Europa in Belluno, and it was a delightful experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning.
