Good stay. The place is well spaced and facilities are good for young and old folks.

As a solo woman traveler, i got a bit of a fright seeing how far the cottages were located and how isolated the place seemed. Luckily for me, a busload of high school girls were also staying there. Having said that, I must add that the staff worked hard to make the experience memorable for us. The safari was a bonus and the staff on the safari seemed quite knowledgeable. Of course, as with most things government, the design aspect was completely missing 😕

We booked the property as this was the only option left in hampi as our earlier booking in waynad got cancel-led last minute due to bad weather. We could get only 1 room for 3 adults and 1 children and we paid around for 2 nights. After reaching the property we had to follow up to get extra mattress and initially we were told arranging extra mattress is difficult as the property is sold out. How can 4 people sleep in one queen size bed ? upon multiple followups we could get only 1 extra mattress and that too the manager told that it has been provided from his own room. When the property has no arrangements for extra mattress why did they accept the booking at first place ? moreover as we interacted with other residents we found that in other rooms there were extra single beds kept i. E. 3 people could sleep in one room where there were only two occupants. Also when requested for room cleaning staff said that since they are 100% booked they can't clean the rooms. What reason is that ? coming to the food. It was the same food for last two days with little to no moderation in lunch and dinner. I am a frequent traveler and have stayed in far better properties in half the price i paid here. Not recommending this place to anyone.
