We are just yards from the back 40 bike tails or you can be in Bentonville within minutes to enjoy Crystal Bridges or Bentonville's numerous bike trails. We offer a split bedroom floor plan with ensuite bathrooms. The living room has a pullout queen sofa bed that has a memory foam mattress. The property has a private deck that overlooks the golf course.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Between the ages of 1-6 must have reviews.About customRules:Absolutley no pets! Although we love Fido people who rent our home may have pet allergies. Immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, extremely comfortable beds with all the necessities and located in a quiet area with a lovely view of a golf course. We will definitely book again on our next visit the area.

This house was perfect for our weekend away! Check in and out instructions were very easy. The house is equipped with everything you need for a weekend away. It was a very comfortable space for 2 adults and one young child. We would not hesitate to book this property again.

Superb
This was our first Vrbo experience & could not have been better. We were looking to explore Bella Vista & the location was perfect & quiet. It was situated off road on a golf course. Hiking & all areas of interest were nearby. The newly renovated townhouse was nicely stocked with amenities. Just inside door there was place for gear & shoes, then to right kitchen with new appliances with about everything you would need. Just beyond that was dining & living area with sliding doors to patio & view of golf course. Two bedrooms to left & 2 bathrooms with one joining the larger bedroom. Baths updated and nice closet dpace with shelves in master. Thank you for a beautiful time.

It was very clean, very cute and had soft bedding. It was a seamless check-in and we had a wonderful stay!

Great little townhouse
This was a perfect townhouse for two couples. Very clean and very comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Well stocked. Didn’t have any issues at all. Nice view of the golf course. Great location. Most comfortable beds that I think we have ever had at a rental! Thanks for a great weekend. We will be back!

Peaceful and comfy
No surprises! It’s as beautiful and serene as it looks. Everything about it was set up comfortably: the bed, the blankets, the towels, the couch. We took advantage of the kitchen and cooked every meal there. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful too. It was the perfect long weekend getaway!

Best VRBO Experience I've Had!
Fabulous unit ... decor, layout, comfort, peace and quiet, details and amenities were a standard of excellence. Consistently quick responses to questions, and ease of adding an extra day.My family was totally impressed and enjoyed our visit! I'd stay there again, without hesitation!
