Upon arrival the building seemed deserted. No sign, no people, nothing. I waited a while, then noticed a note outside the door saying that I needed to call somebody (which is very expensive from abroad). A lady answered who didn't understand the word check in. The guy who showed me around was kind though.
The bathroom was clearly cleaned regularly, but it was so hot and smelly that I didn't use it.
The room was totally fine though.
If they would change the way they receive people and fix the bathroom I think the place would improve a lot.

Horrible dikkat edin* İnternet'ten kaldığım süre içerisinde dijital ödeme yaptığım halde hem işletme sahibi hemde orada çalışan bey elden para istedi,ayrıca bugün konaklamam olmasına rağmen buradan ayrıldım ve taksi ( pink taksi ) 50 dakika boyunca aralıklarla aramama rağmen taksi yollamadım herseferinde havalimani için nereye gideceğimi ısrarla sorup istedikleri cevabı alamayınca yüzüme tlf kapattılar dikkat edin kesinlikle uçağının kalkmadan saatler önce yola koyulun.tesiste yardımcı olmuyorlar ilk gün yorumları okuyarak geçtim lakin güzel değerlendirme yolladım ama maalesef hepsini yanlış değerlendirmesim dikkat edin resepsiyonda çalışan adama ve otel yöneticisi kadina

Stayed in this place, in room 22, for almost two weeks. The room walls were moldy and the double bed itself was covered in mold. Cleaners would wipe the mold, but the next day it would be back...My friend was bitten while she was asleep, but we didn't establish by what insect. Also a brown cockroach was running on our door from time to time. Regardless that Emily (I believe she could be the owner) advised that we can change the towels as many times as we need. During our stay they changed our towels 3 times (we asked twice to have them changed), each time when we were asking our towels to be changed, cleaners were contacting the manager and were asking for permission to do so. The good memory I will take with me from that place is the young chef, who showed empathy and kindness towards me - I had teeth ache and was going hungry, having just coffee for breakfast - he approached me, asked how he could help and cooked for me poached eggs (which weren't on the menu) and even grated the cheese really fine for me .... This exceeded any of my expectations. I want to take him from the bottom of my heart!!!!

The hotel was such rude service from the owner. It’s clear this business is under the table as there is no sign so you don’t know if you are in the right place, and you HAVE to pay in cash. She made us go to an atm to get cash, and then used an exchange rate which wasn’t on a global exchange to convert the euros to dinar. The check in is impossible as there is no check in desk and no one on the property, so we didn’t know how to check in. Even the taxi driver didn’t know where this location was. It also said it was a sea side view room, but there is nothing nearby to this hotel, it’s on a backroad of an industrial looking area. You can’t see the sea or city from this hotel. Really not a good location, and I wish they would have told us beforehand that you need to pay cash and can’t pay with card, even when booking on third party platforms. We also didn’t know that all bathrooms are shared, so each floor has 2-4 bathrooms that you need to share with the whole floor. We came to check in at 1:30 and our room also wasn’t ready, maybe because no one was at the property. All around confused by this hotel doing shady tax business,and not happy with the rudeness from staff
