酒店很舒服,晚上去的時候感覺有點偏但是還行吧。酒店的餐食不錯,吞拿魚排真的好吃強力推薦,210塊錢吃金槍魚很划算了,還是送到房間的

Good hotel,staff is friendly, breakfast is very nice and delicious)…it’s really good breakfast…! One biiiig problem of hotels in Belgrade it’s smoking everywhere and I don’t know where is ventilation!

В целом всё неплохо. До пешеходной улицы где все гуляют и много кафешек нужно пройти минут 15-20. Тут прям жилой район. В проживание входит сауна и спортзал, но я там не был, оценить не могу. Засорилась раковина, попросил утром на ресепшене исправить, так никто и не пришёл. Воду в бутылках дают только на первый день, но есть чайник и чай с кофе в пакетиках, так что норм. Убирались каждый день.

比較現代化的酒店,比較乾淨,早餐種類很多,很豐富。只是房間比較小,雙人間,一個人住都比較擠。水也衹給一瓶,哪怕連續住幾天也只是第一天給一瓶水。

服務太差,訂的雙人房,衹給一瓶水。另外續住一天,續住前問了前台,説續住的一天會再提供一瓶水,結果沒有,打電話去問,又説只有第一天給水,要麼自己喝自來水,要麼從他們的Mini Bar買水。 插座壞的,都插不上。第二天續住衹倒了第一天產生的垃圾,廁所都沒收拾?

Parking is a rip off Hotel is good. Service is good. But, they charge €25 per day for parking in the garage. That's just nuts, and they need to reconsider that policy.

Ok hotel with quirky service For some strange reason the curtains are almost transparent, so there's no way to darken the room to sleep in the morning. Also, if you take out your room card when you leave the room, the AC stops (which is usual), but if you leave the card in the reader when you leave the room the cleaning personnel cannot enter. Finally, if you run out of water from the minibar during the night they will not give you a bottle of water at reception because "they are not authorised to access their restaurant or storage after working hours"... All in all, a hit and miss service.

Belgrade new addition New hotel in super area of Belgrade. Excellent overall standard and design. The only minor issue I had was if you had an east-facing room the curtains aren't dark enough for the light or keeping the heat out. And couldn't not get the aircon to reduce temperature. Aside from that, a really great hotel

Super hôtel très moderne Nous avons été surpris par l’emplacement qui n’augurait rien de bon. Mais c’est tout le contraire qui s’est produit, un hôtel très d sign avec un superbe accueil et un emplacement proche de lieu de festivité (15’ à pieds) A recommander sans hésiter

Così così Hotel nuovo, bello ma con dettagli non all'altezza. Es: Nella doccia mancava lo shampoo, era rotto il dosatore (molto grave). Davanti alla camera c'era un locale di servizio con il carrello delle pulizie, non si poteva chiudere per porta bloccata, poco decoroso. Insomma, con un po' di cura in più sarebbe molto meglio.

Gute Preis/Leistung Der Service war etwas “steif”, etwa so wie die Better hart waren. Essen im Restaurant war aber gut und die Lage des Hotel auch ganz ok.

Dirty, rude and disappointing Terrible service, checked into a dirty room, the room was not clean once in three days. Crumbs everywhere, stained carpets, WIFI not working. Frustrated guests in the elevator and lobby. Staff was rude and defensive, zero customer service. Very sad.
