Staff are very friendly and helpful, location in city centre close to everything, very clean

非常隔音，很安靜。就是衞生間的淋浴間有些侷促，轉不開身。不小心會磕碰到水龍頭，地毯有點老舊。前台服務人員非常熱情，有耐心。

Stayed at Zepter Hotel recently and had a fantastic experience! The location in the city center is unbeatable, making it easy to explore local attractions. The rooms were spotless and quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend Zepter Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Belgrade!

Everything is nice

首先酒店的位置非常的好，就在市中心，不管去什麼酒店，都非常的便利。酒店的早餐也尚可。 但是衞生真的很一般。。希望改進

超讚的房間，非常大，市中心也很方便，但是停車真的是個大問題，早餐都沒時間吃，不好評價

Nice hotel located in the city center. The room is huge and spacious.

酒店離72路公交車站不遠，但是需要走一段台階，並且要從小巷裡穿過。房間不錯，早飯也挺好。從酒店打車去機場大概20分鐘，200人民幣左右。建議打車去機場，省時省力。72路不準時，不建議乘坐。酒店出門右轉就是著名的莫斯科飯店。總體性價比不錯。

第二次住這裏了，位置非常好，房間也非常乾淨，酒店對面就是dm，吃飯逛街都非常方便

Vriendelijke medewerkers, goed ontbijt, mooi en schoon hotel, grote ruime fitness zaal, ruime kamer met alles erop en eraan. Verblijf verlengd in hotel omdat ik hier geniet

The location was perfect. The interior design of the room, service and hospitality of the reception were beyond my expectations. I recommend this place.

Quick attention to issue and sustainability. My first impression of this boutique hotel in the older part of Belgrade was positive; a pleasant check-in and personal assistance from the manager who showed me to my room. During this experience, a problem occurred. Problems happen that’s not the story. It’s how the hotel staff respond to when problems pop up that’s the true sign of excellence. The manager apologized immediately for the issue and made adjustments, so the problem was resolved in mere minutes. All during my 4-days there, the staff was uniformly friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast was more than adequate. Delicious dinner in the on-site restaurant added to my positive experience. And attention to the details, like air cleaners in the rooms, elevators, and common areas were a plus for me.
