We always try our best to make a stay on the best possible way for our dear guests. In the most of cases they are pretty satisfied with the rooms and services . We can see that you do no like nothing about our hotel except staff from reception.About the room, it is true that Queen room is the smallest one , but still with regular m2 size . We have also larger and more comfortable rooms in hotel, just the price is different . We are located in almost in the downtown but we can understand that for some guests location is not good enough .We are truly sorry for such a bed feeling and experience.
