The drag show was amazing brilliant day we all had would highly recommended the drag show sore ribs all around From the treats to the show start to finish their was not a dry eye all around Can’t wait to the Belfast ma now at Christmas for his show

Brilliant day start to finish the show was amazing, never stopped laughing! Plenty of set up displays for great pictures of your day/night out memories. Service and staff were so quick and friendly. Highly recommend fantastic for family get together, birthday or a girls day /night out.

Went for a quick lunch with the family , I must say that this place is fantastic from the moment we went in until we left we were treated so well that we thought we were the only customers. Food and service is excellent and have to give a special mention to Damian the manager, He was amazing. See you soon Colin.

Travelled from Scotland to The Balmoral to work at their St Patrick’s day celebrations. The event was absolutely brilliant, lots of entertainment over multiple halls and bars. Think half of the city was there. As for hotel, Place was stunning. Rooms were excellent with very comfy beds and pillows. Staff were even better, couldn’t do enough for you. Would recommend to anyone, especially for St Patrick’s weekend. Will definitely be back ☘️

Fiona at the front desk was more than helpful, looking into getting us a different room that was more accommodating for us, the food and service was excellent. The hotel was very close to the Kingspan rugby stadium, Hopefully back in June. Thanks for everything Fiona.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Balmoral! The service was exceptional from start to finish—special thanks to Lorna and Sophie, who were extremely helpful and made us feel truly welcome. The room was immaculate, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable—one of the best sleeps we’ve had in a hotel. A perfect blend of luxury and warmth. Honestly, from 1 to 5 stars, I’d give at least 7!!!

Clean, comfortable rooms with plenty of parking and very easy access just off the motorway and an easy 10 minute drive into Belfast. What really makes this property extra special is the wonderful staff. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where each and every staff member has been friendly, welcome and helpful. I would especially like to thank Mary who looked after us at breakfast and Fiona and Sophie - the 2 wonderful receptionists who could not have done more to make us feel welcome.

The staff are super helpful and nothing is too much trouble. There's a friendly atmosphere about the place. The room is basic, but clean. The food in the bar was nice, and there was a good selection of food for the breakfast. I'd definitely stay there again.
