Everything's lovely! Really enjoyed my stay here. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, which made self-catering really easy. All the rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely kept – you can tell the place is well looked after. Would happily stay again!

Excellent stay. The property was well maintained and in an excellent neighborhood. We walked to Ryan’s, The Mad Hatter, Nico’s, and other restaurants/pubs. The location is also within walking distances of Queen’s University and the botanical gardens. I highly recommend Belfast and the Ulsterville Residences.

This was our third stay at the Ulsterville residences and there's a reason why we keep returning. From the outset Chrstine has been amazing with communication and any questions we have. The apartments are in a fantastic location close to the city centre and the amenities of the Lisburn Road. They are spacious, very comfortable and a home from home. We need to travel home regularly to visit family and needless to say, we won't be looking to stay anywhere else. I can't recommend this place and the lovely host more.

A lovely home away from home. I stayed here for eight weeks and loved it. Christine was so lovely and helpful. The cleaning staff were also friendly and efficient. My apartment was bright and had everything I needed. It was great to be able to park off the street. It was a short 15 min walk into the city centre. Some lovely restaurants in walking distance; Deane’s at Queens and Maggie Mays to name just two. Botanic Gardens and Ulster Museum on Stranmillis nearby. The Lyric Theatre 20 mins walk away. Next time I’m working in Belfast I hope I can stay here again!

Me and my friends came to Belfast for my 21st birthday we had an amazing two days we were there perfect location for goin out easily get an uber there.Appartment were tidy out.Definitely would come back again !!!! Great for family’s or friends

My expierence was 10/10, no complaints from my behalf as everything was perfect. The landlord Mick was welcoming and friendly. The water had cut all over the city , but before we even realised he was up with water to last us the time it was gone. Also a amazing location and very safe and safe parking, I couldn’t recommend this place as much

We loved our stay here! The apartments were modern, well furnished and clean. The apartments are on a quiet street , super close to Queens university and not far from the city centre. Free parking was fantastic too. Christine was really professional, friendly and always on hand. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure.

Wonderful stay in the Ulsterville once again
The Ulsterville is an amazing place to stay. We love it so much this is our third time to stay here! The shower is great and the beds are so comfy. There was a storm this time for our check in day so the nice lady from the Ulsterville rang us and let us push back our trip by one day at no extra cost…so nice of them. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Belfast! (Private car park is an added bonus)

Brilliant for Belfast
It’s a wonderful place to stay. Good location and parking with a walk to the city. Rooms are well furnished comfortable clean and have all that you need. Lisburn Road has a vast array of food options and pubs if you want on the doorstep. Have stayed twice and will be back again.
