Premier Inn Belfast City Cathedral Quarter

Excellent hotel in great location. Clean and tidy throughout. Bedroom was great, bed really comfortable, bathroom was great with excellent shower. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Restaurant attached which is a bonus, breakfast was OK and evening meal excellent. Our party of 6 said they’d definitely use this hotel again because of location and overall being an excellent hotel. Close to many bars and restaurants, can highly recommend Blinkers for breakfast/brunch which we did on our first day due to arriving around 10am.

The window view was visibly mouldy, which not only affected the overall experience but also made the room feel unpleasant. I stayed for two nights and began feeling unwell during my stay—I strongly believe the mould may have been a contributing factor. The booking was for 2 adults and they only had 1 towel in the room. Had to ask the cleaners for an extra towel the following morning.

Great location which enabled me to experience more of the city between work. The staff were particularly helpful and welcome which made the trip more pleasant.

Well located to walk for food and sights. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff went over and above when my 3 year old was struggling with time changes and being out on such a big adventure. David and Kirsty both went over and above to make sure we were having great experience. They saved the day more then once.

Excellent location. Breakfast was brillant with loads of choice. Excellent the kids ate free. Room was spacious and clean. Beds super comfy. Young man on reception on arrival was so helpful and polite. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.

I’ve been staying at this Premier Inn for the past week with a meal deal included in my booking. Every time I’ve tried to access the restaurant for dinner, one particular staff member has refused to let me in, saying I need to book in advance — even when the restaurant is nearly empty. Other staff, including the reception team, have consistently told me that no booking is needed and that I can join dinner whenever the restaurant is open. I’ve had no problems with anyone else — only this one staff member, who has made it unnecessarily difficult and uncomfortable for me to use the service I paid for, may be am an Indian that’s his problem . This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures that staff follow consistent, guest-friendly procedures.
