My husband and I had some issues with our bookings but it was efficiently handled by Kris, one of the front desk staff. Although the issues faced were not caused by the hotel we were given free breakfast and we really appreciate the kind gesture! Breakfast was simple but nice. The restaurant also provides vegan options. Our room is warm, cosy and has a sofa bed. Hotel is strategically located and you can walk to the malls and many restaurants around the area.

Arrived at the hotel on Tuesday and left today. Really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The whole experience was fantastic. The whole team are so welcoming and friendly. Particularly shout out to Graeme, Danny, Bonita & Chris who were super helpful and friendly. The housekeeping team were also friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location centrally which was great for our first time visiting Belfast. Really enjoyable experience

Great hotel - brilliant staff. No frills, but exactly what we needed. Very friendly and attentive staff, hotel was clean, bed was really comfy, good breakfast in the morning, and decent value. Really couldn’t fault it and despite there being work done on the ground floor, disruption was minimal.

Fantastic stay. Room clean and tidy! Bonita is a complete diamond and asset to the team! Nothing was a problem for Jonathan. Very close to town and all the restaurants etc. All the staff were very helpful. Beds comfy as usual for a premier inn.

Excellent room very clean everything you need so Central. The manager Jonathan couldn't do enough for you should be conggradulated for the team is building up. Bonita on reception is charming and so helpful . Jose in the restaurant is so charming and helpful what I did like to be served by someone like him five stars all around and so Central in Belfast to get anywhere.

The rooms were a good size and clean. Comfortable bed and quiet surrounding. It was St Patrick's day so the hotel was very busy. They needed more staff on for a bank holiday weekend, it was very slow with the food service. However, our second day on Tuesday was a lot calmer and the food was much improved. Good location away from the busy Cathedral Quarter.
