Seascape Motel & Cottages

Super cute, and clean, very comfortable, sweet place to stay. Loved the record player in our room with 100’s of albums to choose from in the office. We enjoyed having a stove, microwave, refrigerator and plates, utensils, pots and pans in our room. Lots of hot water and water pressure in the super clean larger than usual bathroom. Great communication from the staff before, during and after. Although on a busy street, it’s very quiet at night. We had a porch to hang around with a view of the bay from our side of the 2 unit cottage. A Heated pool and hot tub available. Would definitely stay again the next time we’re in the area. Recommend highly :)

This updated motel is very well done. Nothing has been overlooked. The decor is fun and cheerful. We sat outside one evening and enjoyed a fire in the Solo stove. We stayed in one of the motel rooms which is quite small but adequate. We would more than likely get a bigger unit if we were to return to Maine. There is a small table in the room for sitting/eating. There's coffee and tea provided, as well as a cooler which we took out to the firepit. We didn't take advantage of the pool but it looked very inviting. They also have a table and two chairs outside by your door which we used to have our breakfasts. The owner was more than accommodating. This has to be the cleanest hotel/motel I have ever stayed in! It was so nice since that is high on our list. Our only disappointment is that the motel is on a busy two-lane road which is loud The motel is also not on the water but across this busy road with no direct access to the water. We thought the photos were a bit misleading in this regard. And our air conditioner was noisy but we found that all through Maine in these older buildings window air conditioners tend to be noisy. I would recommend this motel. It is also centrally located. And there is a grocery store not far to buy supplies.

Every detail of function and style was addressed when these cottages/rooms were remodeled. We have never seen so many details incorporated into making everything convenient for travelers! Keep up the great work and playful sense of style!!

Struttura curata nei dettagli con aree verdi, piscina piccola ma pulita con acqua non fredda ed attigua vasca idromassaggio con acqua calda, fantastica anche al tramonto. Bungalow molto curati e puliti dotati di ogni accessorio e confort per un soggiorno di qualche giorno in piena autonomia. Titolare gentile, disponibile professionale. Bella l'idea di fornire in prestito un'offerta di dischi su vinile da ascoltare comodamente in camera. Park comodissimo adiacente ai singoli bungalow. Posizione comodo per visitare i paesi della zona fino al parco Acadia in massimo un'ora di auto. Avendo prenotato quasi un anno prima, avrei gradito una sistemazione diversa ovvero di un bungalow arretrato rispetto alla strada. Invece, con dispiacere, abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni a fianco alla reception ma cosa peggiore quasi a ridosso della statale, ovviamente rumorosa. Ho chiesto al titolare di cambiare camera ma ci è stato risposto che la struttura era piena. Altro aspetto negativo le dimensioni limitate del bungalow per una famiglia di tre persone

We stayed here this past weekend, and in addition to it being beautiful and having everything we needed, it was ✨ sparkling ✨ clean. I'm talking like your chain hotel could NEVER, not a hair anywhere, spotless towels and bedding, nary a spot on the silverware clean. I was so intrigued I actually looked for something that wasn't clean and the only thing I could come up with was the vent in the shower was a little dusty. The amenities are lovely! Enjoy the record player in your room and library of records from so many genres, the fire pits, and the pool. The pool area is very cute with lots of loungers, a hot tub, and a mural. I loved the aesthetic of our room with the Maine vibe and the bed itself was cozy. We pick one new place to explore in Maine each year for a child-free weekend while the grandparents take charge, and the Belfast area had a lot to do! Don't sleep on the restaurant suggestions the owners have put together; so detailed and in my opinion, they've curated the best in the area. We enjoyed visiting the Amish charcuterie about 30 min away and Coastal Cafe and Bakery down the street was so cozy and had the best breakfast. Definitely recommend staying here!

Very welcoming. The owners were very professional & friendly. Clean quiet room. Very clean & comfy. Would definitely stay here again. Easy to find. Outdoor seating with fire pits. 11 am check out but asked for a short extension & they were glad to accommodate.

I stayed here for a week in 3 different places (because I was in Belfast to see family, and had brought a friend with me for part of the trip). The 2 bdrm cabin was homey, clean and comfortable and the kitchen is full service. Moved to the hotel for 2 nights after my friend left. Very nice, but a little small for 2 people. Then spent 2 nights in the 1 bdrm, which was delightful. I love having a tub in the bathroom. All rooms are really clean, and the beds are comfortable. I was delighted by all the cabins having steroes and that you can borrow almost any record you want from the host, who is really accommodating. There's also a great selection of Maine books in every room. I expect to stay here every time I visit Belfast. Highly recommend.

Ganz tolles, frisch renoviertes Motel. Eigentümergeführt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Top Empfehlung. Top sauber. Eigentümer liebt Schallplatten und hat viele Hundert davon. Diese können an der Reception kostenlos ausgeliehen werden. In jedem Zimmer steht ein Plattenspieler.

Seascape Motel is a great old-fashioned Maine motor inn. We stayed for 4 nights: our room was tiny, so we might consider upgrading to a cabin next time. But it was nicely updated, very clean, and efficiently appointed. Also aesthetically pleasing. The heated pool and jacuzzi were divine after long days at the Common Ground Fair. Alex and his staff were prompt, polite, and discreet. We’ll be back!
