Wonderful stay! The staff was friendly, rooms were spotless, and the location was perfect. Great amenities and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway! I will try to come this year. I definitely recommend it

This was our second visit to the Maxx Royal hotel, and didn't disappoint. We have been holidaying in Turkey for the last 30 years and have stayed in many of the 5 star hotels and in our opinion the Maxx Royal is far superior. The day before we were due to travel we received a call from one of our two assistance to ask if we had any special requests. Your two assistants are with you for the duration of your stay. On our arrival at the hotel we were met by one of our assistants and received champagne and caviar while she checked us in. After check in we were escorted to our room, unfortunately for us the type of room we booked did not meet our requirements. We spoke with our assistant SAMIRA (who was extremely helpful and empathetic to our cause) asking her if it would be possible to change to a different type of room, she went off to find out what rooms were available and came back with two choices, and we choose the connecting room on the top floor, which was perfect. The rooms had a mini bar each stocked with beers, water, soft drinks, chocolate bars, in the drawers next to the mini bar there was different types of tea, coffee pods for use in the nespresso machine, crisps, biscuits, cereal bars, nuts and another drawer filled up with bottles of water, all of which is replenished daily. We ate in the Italian and Fish al a carte restaurants which are free of charge, also there is a 24/7 al a carte. there is a chocolatier shop with a large selection of hand made chocolates, we requested the viral Dubai chocolate which wasn't available but they make us some for the next day, which they did, happy days. The waiters around the pool noticed when you had finished your drinks, and were there to ask if you wanted another, you didn't wait long for service as the were on hoverboards The Royal Horse bar had live bands playing every evening followed by a DJ finishing around 1am. The drinks from the bar were all International top quality brands and the cocktails were made with fresh ingredients by the mixologist. Drinks were served with a platter of nuts, crisps, fruits, popcorn. The waiters were friendly but one stood out for us, his name is HASAN he knew his job and always remembered our drinks, we always had a laugh with him, he was a respectful young man. To finish our stay we were given free access to fast track and the CIP lounge at Antalya Airport Once again big shout out to SAMIRA and HASAN for making our stay special.
