Отдыхаем в этом отеле уже 16 лет!!! Самый душевный и приятный Отель! Территория не большая но очень ухоженная, много цветов, зелени. Анимация очень весёлая , весь день развлекают, ненавязчивы , но всегда подойдут спросят как отдых, все ли хорошо, пригласят на гимнастику , разные игры! Вечером каждый день разные шоу, вечеринки! Все очень хорошо организованно! Очень понравились а-ля карт рестораны, обслуживание на высоком уровне, блюда очень вкусные! Музыка в течении дня и на шоу и дискотеках прекрасная! Живая музыка, шоу огня, неоновые , белые вечеринки!!! Работа с гостями поставлена на высоком уровне!!

Das Hotel papillon ayscha ist sonst soweit gut , vielleicht zu viel Personal was weder englisch noch türkisch Kenntnisse hat. Ercan und aysenur , das Personal im gastronomischen Bereich, sind sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam, sowie auch das Küchenpersonal ! Der kinderpool ist leider zu klein. Das Angebot im Kids Club ist gut und abwechslungsreich. Wir haben eine select Villa gemietet. Die Zimmer sind ok , einen Fön sollte man dabei haben ... Taner von der poolbar ist äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Die Shows abends auf der Bühne sind sehenswert, doch auch da herrscht großer Platzmangel. Im grossen und ganzen sind wir zufrieden , doch würden auf Grund der Anzahl von Russen, nicht wiederkommen.

Hôtel immense bien situé. Propreté: 5/5 Literie: 3.5/5 Espace chambre: 4/5 Nourriture: l’hôtel propose des restaurants à la carte mais chaque fois, malgré mes nombreuses demandes, aucune place de disponible... bien dommage! Nous sommes alors qu’aller au restaurant principal tous les jours, mais on peut dire que le buffet est juste immense et varié. Tous les jours, des grillades à l’extérieur également. Important pour les parents: buffets pour les enfants et bébés allégés en sel et matières grasses. Donc on peut dire 4/5. Service: c’est là le petit hic. En pleine saison, difficile d’avoir une boisson en mangeant...en trop faibles nombres à mon avis, les serveurs courent partout, mais vous servent en fin de compte. Par contre, si vous allez boire un verre au lounge, là c’est dans les 3 minutes. Boissons: ça va encore pour la Turquie, même si peu de boissons originales, vous y trouverez votre compte. Mini bar dans la chambre: top et chaque fois bien remplis. Animations: à part de magnifiques spectacles et quelques parties de volley, pas vu d’autres animations, surtout pour enfants. Donc 2/5. Mais c’était pas ce que je recherchais, donc peu important pour moi.

Wir haben erstmal eine Woche nur gebucht weil wir das Hotel nicht kannten und haben schnell entschieden wieder zu kommen . Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns wohl und willkommen gefühlt . Perfektes Zimmer mit Meerblick, sauberem Bad und voller minibar . Zur hotel Bewertung... ein mit liebe geführtes Hotel welches eine gepflegte Gartenanlage mit granatapfel und Mandarinen Bäumen, Golfrasen und wunderschöner Pool Anlage. Das Personal professionell und zurück haltend . Da habe ich in Tunesien sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht ,dort hat dir jeder Kellner fast einen Heiratsantrag gemacht . Für Kinder das perfekte Hotel obwohl ich solche Hotels nicht bevorzuge . Aber in diesem Hotel merkt man die Kinder gar nicht da eine tolle Kinder Animation angeboten wird . Das Büfett sprengt jedes Lob , das mus man selber erleben . Fisch und Fleischgerichte in Hülle und Fülle und alles in bester Qualität ! Obst und Gemüse , regionale und internationale Speisen. Ein begehbarer Weinkeller , Piano Musik abends in der Lobby und vieles mehr . Das Klientel vorwiegend aus aus Russland , England und Deutschland... aber die Preise selektieren das Klientel 😉 . Es gibt verschiedene Restaurants und snack bars , die Animation ist present jedoch zurück haltend . Es wird einem jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Ab 00:00 - 06:00 Uhr ist der Zimmerservice kostenlos und man kann alles aus der spreisekarte wählen . Dieses Hotel ist jeden Besuch wert ! Without doubt one of my favorite resorts. Upon arrival my mom and I were warmly welcomed by the staff. They were very friendly. The hotel is beautiful. The lobby was spectacular and in the evening had live music. Room was perfect, spacious with mini-bar and stocked every day, very clean.LED, A-C, satellite TV, electronic safe. Bathroom has a large shower with an integrated seat. Wide range of complimentary toiletries. I was trying to tip the housekeper - since I am an american, but she wouldn't except. Free wi-fi. Hotel is right on the beach, easy access to everywhere.The outside of hotel is beautiful, gorgeous flowers. I am not a fan of the pool, but this hotel has a big and very clean one. They have slides too. During the day someone will come around with a cart and serve water, juice, tea and coffee. Never seen that before in other resorts. That is a plus. Food, oh food was great with lots of varieties. It is just amazing, never seen before that much of jams in the morning, or deserts. I can go on and on about the delicious food, but I am getting hungry already just looking at my beautiful photos.Staff at the buffet- restaurant is very nice and try in any way to give what you ask. For all you drinkers they have real premium drinks. The entertainment staff are brilliant and very active to get people involved. Guest relationship is wonderful. Staff is very friendly and helps you a lot. My sweet girl Sasha did a lot for me. It was a pleasure knowing. Thank you sweetheart! Last, but not least, I want to point out a very very sweet person, Operation Manager Adnan Menlikli. I came to know him my last days of staying there and tried to help me with a small problem. He did the impossible. Mr. Adnan treated us like family. Special thanks to him from my mom and me. We really enjoyed our vacation here. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
