"Bad hotel" is an understatement! Dirt and mold everywhere. The staff doesn't speak English and is very rude! And to make matters worse, when we returned the keys, they shamelessly tried to charge us $50 for two stains on the sheets. 😅🤣 It's embarrassing how this hotel wants to rob people! I'm sending photos so you can see how clean the room is! I travel a lot around the world, but I haven't seen such filth in a long time!

10/10 Perfect Stay in the Heart of Hamra – Highly Recommended! I had an excellent stay at Orient Prince Hotel. The location in Hamra is perfect - close to restaurants, shops, and everything a traveler needs. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. What truly stood out was the friendly and professional staff. They were always available, quick to help, and made the stay feel safe and easy. The value for money is amazing, especially with the 24/24 electricity and reliable Wi-Fi. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone searching for a clean, central, affordable hotel in Beirut Hamra. I will definitely stay again on my next trip.

Less than average Room and bath in poor condition. Not so clean. The type of room i reserved was not available although it was previously booked and confirmed.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights only, and I moved to another one. The hotel is so depreciated. walls, ceiling, bathroom, fitting, furniture are of low quality and damaged, cleaning is poor, staff are kind and breakfast is not bad. There are plenty of hotels around of higher quality and cheaper.

Atendimento precário e confuso. Instalações mal cuidadas. Cheiro de mofo no dormitório e de cigarro em todo lugar. Falta de atenção e vontade em solucionar problemas pequenos que acabam se tornando grandes. Foi uma experiência lamentavelmente ruim.
