TRUE GO HOTEL(Fuxingmen Financial Street Branch)

Overall I had a very good stay at Truego. - My taobao delivery had some issues at the receptionists was very patient and helpful in resolving it by finding alternatives. - They had a quote all around saying that they want to be the cleanest hotel and I totally agree. The room was very clean, same goes to the facilities. - It was great having a laundry room in the hotel - The location was fine as we took didi to travel around. - The room soundproof was great as well. - The receptionists are all very friendly and you can get anything you want from them like umbrella, luggage weighing scale, etc. Will definitely visit them again if I come back to Beijing in the future :)

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was decent with a good variety to start the day. The environment was clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the free laundry and dryer service, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist. The rooms were safe, clean, and comfortable, making it a relaxing place to stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We booked this hotel and from the very beginning the booking process was smooth. The hotel responded quickly and efficiently to our inquiries which already gave us a good impression before arrival. Even though we arrived very early in the morning, the staff still welcomed us warmly and handled our check-in professionally. A special mention goes to Xiaoqiu, who assisted us during check-in. Despite the language barrier, she made great effort to help us communicate by using a translation device which made the whole process much easier and stress-free for us. Overall, the hospitality from the staff was excellent. They were friendly, helpful and always willing to assist whenever needed. The breakfast provided was also good and satisfactory with enough variety for a comfortable stay. The room was cleaned and well maintained daily which we really appreciated during our stay. On our last day, the staff even suggested that we didn’t need to extend the room until late checkout. Instead, they kindly allowed us to store our luggage in their locker facility since our flight was at 12:20 AM the next day. This helped us a lot and made our travel plans much easier. We are very thankful to all the staff for their kindness and support throughout our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We’re a family of 4 from uk looking for a good value hotel in central Beijing where we could stay comfortably together in one room. It’s not actually very common available without paying a high premium - more than just 2 separate rooms in many cases. So we were very glad to have found this 秋果 hotel, with a family suite that comprises a large bed wide enough for 2 adults and a child, and a single bed in a separate room for our older child for a reasonable price. The suite is modern and clean with separate toilet and shower cubical. The staff at the front desk were very helpful in helping to book taxis and giving advice. The hotel is about 15/20 mins walk from a metro station, which is not as ideal for kids but taxis are cheap and readily available and this did not cause a problem. We found a great Bao/Noodle joint as well as a 7Eleven next to fuxingmen station, which is quite convenient for a quick meal and snacks. The coffee at the hotel was amongst the best I’ve had travelling in China! It really made a difference in the mornings 🙌. Freshly ground alongside freshly made soya milk at breakfast. The hot western options were quite limited, but we very much enjoyed Chinese breakfast offerings, noodle soups and wonton cooked to order. The hotel was a lovely place to end our family trip in China and would definitely consider staying again in the future.
