VIFAN Hotel (Beijing Wudaokou Tsinghua University No.2) arvostelua

Booked the hotel before my exchange program at Tsinghua University. It is in a prime location for a number of reasons: - 30 second walk to Tsinghua University (south gate) - 30 second walk to a nearby restaurants - 2 min walk to the WuDaoKou shopping mall! - 2 min walk to the WuDaoKou metro station (super handy!) Rooms are also very clean - they clean it everyday too (not sure about the sheets though). Would recommend. I was also upgraded to a different hotel room too (I can't recall to what though) When I ordered takeout from ******* (Chinese delivery app), a robot delivered it to my room! Just had to enter the last 4 digits of my number and it opened up and presented me with my takeout! Didn't even have to see anyone haha

Location is fine. However, the room tidiness has to be improved. The floor was still wet when you check in. And there is not much cleaning service provided among my 3-day visit. It seems the hotel is used to be motel for couples...

Good service. Try to avoid first room on the floor if possible, on the other side of the window is a second sheet of glass which is frosted, the other side is basically the hotel lobby. Heavy smoke smell in room, but overall satisfied considering the price.

我選擇沒有窗的房間，但房間有少許異味。前台服務非常好，很有禮貌，但沒有自助洗衣機，比較不方便。位置非常不錯，近五道口地鐵站。另外一個缺點就是房間很少，沒有足夠地方可以完全打開行李箱。

這次入住體驗非常滿意！酒店地理位置極佳，距離地鐵站和主要景點僅幾步之遙，周邊覓食也很方便。 一走進大堂就被精緻的裝潢和芬芳的香氛吸引，工作人員笑容親切，辦理入住迅速流暢。房間寬敞明亮，落地窗視野開闊，城市美景一覽無遺。床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠到天亮。衛浴乾濕分離，潔淨無瑕，提供的沐浴用品品質很好。 特別值得稱讚的是細節：免費的迷你吧、高速穩定的Wi-Fi，以及貼心的夜床服務。整體而言，無論是硬件設施還是軟性服務都無可挑剔，性價比超高，絕對是商旅和度假的絕佳選擇，下次一定會再來！
