After our arrival, I sent a message to the hotel via Trip.com. At first, I got a response from a support bot suggesting that I call the hotel, but we didn’t have the option to make a call. Later, the hotel itself messaged me in the chat. We had to wait for the car at Gate 8 on the third level. We waited about 20 minutes. The drive to the hotel took around 15 minutes because of traffic. We were lucky with the room: they gave us the farthest and quietest one, facing the courtyard. There was no smell of cigarettes, even though smoking is allowed in the hotel. The mattresses were very firm, but we like that, and we slept well. The room also had a kettle and complimentary water, but no coffee or tea. There’s a convenience store just a 3-minute walk to the right when you exit the hotel. In the morning, they took us back to the airport; the shuttle runs once an hour.
