This hotel indeed has a great location, but!
1. It is located deep in a hutong, and vehicles cannot enter. We had several suitcases and had to walk a long distance to get in, making it completely inconvenient.
2. The soundproofing is terrible. There were sounds from the next room from morning till night, which was really awkward.
3. The service is practically nonexistent. The front desk staff barely speak any foreign languages. Since this hotel ranks high on Trip.com, I really don’t know how it received such good reviews. If my foreign friends came alone, they would have a very difficult time.
4. The photos are completely misleading. The exterior looks beautiful in pictures, but in reality, the pool is dried up, and there are shared bikes parked inside. The so-called hotel lobby even had clothes hanging to dry. I’m sure it was really beautiful when it first opened, but now it’s basically in a state of complete neglect.
