the location is superb (easy to go around and many food outlet) and the service is very good..we love the room size and comfortable bed..the front desk is very attentive to our needs, and the house keeping superbly helpful..truly recommended as a place to stay in beijing

La limpieza del hotel es horrible, el estado de la moqueta de los pasillos a las habitaciones da pánico, llena de manchas, olor a putrefacto. Y en la habitación,no es que no limpiaron las 4 noches que pasamos allí, es que no limpiaron antes de entrar nosotros. Encontramos uñas restos de tabaco ( a pesar de pedir habitación para no fumadores) , mucho polvo y el lavabo con manchas en la encimera junto al grifo. Adjunto fotos. Además solo una de las personas de recepción habla inglés. Cuando dejamos nuestra habitación, queríamos que nos guardarán el equipaje y teníamos prisa ya que teníamos una reserva. Se empeñaron una y otra vez en que les dejase mi móvil para hacer ellos la reseña del hotel con 5 estrellas. Y de igual manera cuando volvimos a recoger el equipaje, les dije que no, que la reseña la tengo que hacer yo y no ellos. Así que no os fieis de ninguna de las reseñas buenas.
El desayuno es poco variado y la vajilla para el mismo es de plástico y están muchos de los platos sucios con grasa , todos los días tuve que desechar varios por sucios antes de encontrar uno limpio.
La ubicación buena al lado de estacion de metro, pero para entrar al hotel tienes que entrar en un centro comercial subir a la planta 6. En este centro comercial siempre hay gente rara y mucha suciedad.
Además toda la noche de oye ruidos como de sistema de aires que no se puede apagar desde la habitación. No hay armario para dejar la ropa, solo un colgador y ningún banco ni lugar para colocar las maletas. Además para colmo, hay una "cápsula" de venta de productos sexuales sobre la mesa de la habitación.
Es el hotel que más caro he pagado durante mi viaje a China durante 24 días y es el peor y más sucio de todos. No vayan

酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，附近有地鐵站，北京朝陽站下車坐3號線，4站就能到，方便出行。對面就是太古裏，有吃有逛，酒店員工態度非常親切，熱情周到，給人賓至如歸的感覺。

Супер расположение отеля, завтрак нормальный, номер с двумя кроватями и с окном хорош
Кровати по 1,35 удобны для семьи из 4х человек
Отель сложно сразу найти, но если поискать информацию заранее все ок
В тц, на 6 этаже
В номере не воняет сигаретами, матрасы и подушки хорошие
