The staff is friendly and they are willing to help if you have problems. At the first floor there os mini Mart that you can shop if you want something. Around the hotel also have a quick breakfast, so it is ok anyway that there is no breakfast provided.

Great location on a lively yet quiet neighborhood, with shops and restaurants around, and close to the Dongsi metro station and the Forbidden City. I want to thank the great staff, who, even without speaking a word of English, help us out to get some much needed cash into WeChat. I'm leaving 4 stars because of cleanliness which made us slightly uncomfortable, the toilet made a constant loud dripping noise and the room had visible damage from smokers, though thankfully it didn't smell at all of smoke on our non-smoking room. For this, we felt the value for money isn't the best you could get by searching more around the area.

住了三晚上，體驗一般偏下，房間超小，挪不開腿，拿了倆行李箱感覺都不好放，空調吱吱響，經常一不小心嚇你一跳，隔音一般，隔壁的聲音都能聽到，早晨外面的光包括聲音也是會影響住客，不是很推薦

地理位置優越，鄰近地鐵站及故宮，出行方便，清潔大姐親切、盡責，我們住4晚，退房前還幫我們換床單，好評!
