房間很乾淨

位置座落王府井大街，旁邊就係大教堂，在前天就有APM等兩個大型商場，去天安門搭兩個地鐵站就到，這兩年去北京玩都會住返晚作為中轉站。 順便一提酒店今年11月開始裝修我12月尾去住，房間新嘅一樣，希望等佢其他位置裝修完可以俾人全新嘅感覺。

衞生：很乾凈整潔 環境：很舒服

Chaotic when I check in to the hotel due to system down led to unable to activate room card but the hotel tried their best to bring us to our room with the assistance of concierge staff. I stayed in this hotel in year 2018 and major renovation is in progress. The main door has been changed to north door which no one was mentioned to us and taxi dropped us at the main door which was closed. When I pulled the heavy luggage with toddler to the right door, i was lucky enough to have a hotel staff to help me. The newly renovated room is now much smaller than 2018 where I stayed and the ceiling is too low and make the overall staying experience dropped significantly. The good part was helpful and patience hotel staff and great location. Hotel breakfast (western cuisine) was great too.

Highly recommended . Location is very near wanfujin n train station. Room newly renovated.

我覺得挺好的 服務特別好 剛下的士就有人幫忙拿行李 隨口跟房務部説要多幾瓶水 後面幾天每天都給了好多水 還幫我們遮衣服 位置也挺方便的 下樓就是教堂 走兩步就王府井商場那些了

前台服務態度非常好！早餐也很豐盛！

Location is really good and near to the shopping district, every was clean and. working in order. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Totally enjoyed the experience

Booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 2 children. The lobby needs to go up to take lift to go to rooms. Location is good. Went to eat Peking duck, near hotel it's super good.
