The hotel was clean and safe for family travelers, with helpful and supportive reception staff. We especially enjoyed the view, location, and breakfast buffet during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were quiet.

Positive side of hotel, location is near to the high end shopping mall SKP and SKP-S. Hotel environment is high end, cleanliness is superb, hotel room size is execellent, the amenities are complete and with a very good quality. The hotel puclic area and toilet were well maintained. Breakfast quality is top notch with a lot of choices. Breakfast at top floor 40th, it offers a very good city view. Definately a top choice for business and family vacation. The hotel staffs are professional and proactive. Check in and check out process are very fast and efficient. Area for improvement, 5 stars property need to have a swimming pool. Hotel can consider offer a complimentary instant noodles inside the hotel room as supper for the hotel guest since all hotel room has kitchenette. Please set the sofa at the lobby living hall for hotel guest to wait for the taxi / Didi. Please consider to provide the pajamas to the hotel guest. Please consider to upgrade the hotel toilet to smart toilet.

Overall stay was fantastic minus the language hiccups here and there. Location wise is reachable via car and decent for walking to neaiby eateries as well. We were upgraded to clubman during our stay.

It’s a nice and clean hotel.

The service was excellent, when we arrived from the Airport tired after an overnight flight, the bellhop service to checkin was so smooth. Rooms were clean and views were great. Facilities in the gyms (regular and pilates) were spick-and-span and good condition. Great job to the janitorial, facilities and management services. We enjoyed the in-house restaurants service. Security is very good. I think the Concierge Desk impressed me the most. Deliveries were non-stop but they happily helped us with Didi when we needed to communicate with drivers (being foreigners) on our phone WeChat app. And the cute delivery robots :) . Location is excellent with Da Wang Lu metro stn exit B just West across the road, North side business, shopping and eating at SKP B1, while South side gave a feel of local living and the river. We stayed for a week and took the two-bedder. Pricey but worth it. Good base for our travels. We enjoyed the visit. No swimming pool but no problem, we were comfortable :) thank you.

I have no complaints for the hotel, the staff are very helpful and responsive and they always greet us in the kindest possible way. The hotel also attends to any requests swiftly. The space is amazing and a great way for families to spend quality time together. Not to mention that the apartments were also sophistically designed. 100% recommend it to anyone.

We stayed here for 9 nights and had an exceptional experience. This is by far one of the best serviced apartments in Beijing. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a beautiful suite with breathtaking panoramic city views and no buildings directly facing our windows. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day and everything was maintained to a very high standard. The front desk is available 24/7 and the staff were always friendly, professional, and eager to help. Breakfast is served on the 40th floor with stunning views over Beijing. The selection was excellent and everything was fresh and delicious. It was also very convenient to be able to order food delivery at any time of the day. This is a perfect choice for families or anyone planning a longer stay in Beijing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
