Yijia Serviced Apartment (Beijing International Trade Branch) arvostelua

Kahden yön jälkeen en tiedä, mikä vuodevaatteissa oli vikana, mutta lapseni jalkoihin ilmestyi ihottumaa niistä kohdista, joihin he koskettivat vuodevaatteita. Se oli melko hälyttävää (vain selvyyden vuoksi, lapseni ei ole allerginen, ja olen yöpynyt monissa hotelleissa, eikä tällaista ole koskaan ennen tapahtunut). Ilmoitin tilanteesta vastaanottoon toisena yönä, ja päivystävä nainen oli varsin avulias. Hän sanoi ilmoittaneensa asiasta johtajalle, mutta en saanut mitään vastausta tai ratkaisua ennen kuin kirjauduin ulos. Näin pieni huone minimaalisilla mukavuuksilla ei ollut alun perinkään lähes 500 yuanin yöhinnan arvoinen, ja nyt se aiheuttaa niin paljon komplikaatiota. Onko tämä arvostelu ymmärrettävää?

Booked 2 rooms apartment. Apartment is very new and clean. The space is spacious and there’s a living room too. The counter is open 24h and the staffs are very friendly too. We are foreigners can’t scan the code to access the room door, so we’ve to ask the staff to open for us everytime we back in apartment. Will book this apartment again when I visit Beijing next time.

the location was great 😍 At the reception, there were two staff members — a girl and a guy. They were both very polite and tried to help, but the guy didn’t speak any English at all, and even with a translator he couldn’t understand anything, so it was very difficult to communicate with him. The girl was okay — communication with her was average, manageable. However, during the 6 days I stayed there, my room was never cleaned even once, and there was always a strange, unpleasant smell in the room.

Everything is great! The only problem is that while the description says the room can accommodate 4 people, it’s quite small and the beds are small too.

We had a nice stay at this aparthotel. It is located close to the metro which is useful, there's a convenience store on the ground floor of the building and some restaurants on the other side of the road. The room was quite spacious. It was slightly tricky to find. It is on the 6th floor. The building is very close to the fairmont hotel (maybe 30m behind the Fairmont), you can recognise the building by the bright yellow convenience store on the left side of the doors, take the lift on the right side up to the 6th floor. We did have an issue with the key cards. You need a Chinese phone number to get the key card on your phone (via weechat). As this didn't work for us the receptionist had to let us in every time we came back which was fine but not ideal. Overall this was a good value place to stay in Beijing.

這邊房間距離地鐵1號線非常近，步行大概五六分鐘左右，如果上午到的比較早的話，很可能沒有房間，可以先把行李寄存到前台，入住房間以後去衞生間洗澡的時候沒有鋪地巾，在辦理入住的時候前台也會暖心提醒，前台是24小時有人值班噠，有任何問題都可以來找前台，前台還會貼心的提醒添加微信呦，不願意到前台，前台也是隨叫隨到噠，超級貼心，小姐姐服務超級好，總之選這家公寓就對了，會推薦給身邊的親戚和朋友，超級棒

來北京轉機一晚住的，意外的驚喜，就在國貿附近，D口出去走幾分鐘就到了，cbd區吃飯購物都很方便，房間很安靜，對睡眠淺的人士非常友好，公寓式酒店，還有一個落地窗，綜合價格和地段性價比特別高，前台小哥服務很好，響應很及時

Отелем это сложно назвать, все пространство составляет 14 квадратов. В них зачем-то разместили стиральную машинку, высокий (зачем-то) холодильник с морозильной камерой и огромный унитаз с подсветкой (которая из-за стеклянных стен ванной мешает спать ночью). Внимание, под российские розетки разъема нет и переходников тоже. Мужчина сотрудник максимально не отзывчивый, не помог ни с каким вопросом, даже в туалет при выезде не пустил. В ванной очень узкое стекло, из-за этого вода вся выливается. Раковина в ванной с неправильным наклоном и вода стоит в углу всегда. Убрали номер только тогда, когда я попросила, и то, постельное менять не стали (жили 4 дня). Воняло канализацией и откуда-то куревом тянуло тоже. До метро пешком минут 10 ближайшее, так на районе нет ничего интересного, просто офисные здания.

酒店就在國貿 CBD 核心區，地鐵 D 口步行 5 分鐘即達，吃飯購物超方便。公寓式房間很寬敞，靜謐的環境對睡眠淺的人太友好了。價格在核心地段性價比拉滿，服務貼心。轉機或出差住這絕對不踩雷！

位置很好，周邊有便利店和早餐店，日常通勤超方便。房間和網上圖片沒差，簡約實用的裝修，沒有過度美化。床品挺舒服的，床墊軟硬適中，隔音效果比想象中好。衞生做得很到位，地板、桌面都擦得乾淨。還會有客服微信及時聯繫，有問題都會及時回答。

帶家人出遊選了這家公寓式酒店，兩室一廳的格局，客廳有沙發和電視，環境很好，安靜不吵鬧，位置離景區不遠，打車、地鐵都方便，父母反饋睡得好，值得推薦！

入住體驗超棒！像在自己家一樣自在，客廳、卧室分區清晰。床很舒服，床品乾淨舒適，睡眠質量超棒。Wi-Fi 流暢，熱水秒出，設施齊全。
