Orange Crystal Hotel, Beijing Capital International Convention and Exhibition Center

This hotel is in a perfect location and prime area, and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place onto stay while travelling in Beijing. The hotel front reception staff are friendly, welcoming, warm, polite and accommodating. The hotel restaurant and breakfast options are varied, diverse, delicious, nutritious and flavoursome. The environment and facilities are all clean, spacious, bright, well kept and fully functioning. The laundry room is of top quality, equipped with four commercial capacity washing machines and four commercial capacity dryers. The gym is fully functional and perfectly equipped. The room next to the conference room, the entire lobby area, the full ground floor reception area and all guest toilets on the first and second floors are perfectly cared for, bright, polished, attractive and filled with beautiful and uplifting music soundtracks. The reception area on the ground floor even offers their guests and travellers complementary and refreshing cups of herbal tea while they are waiting. The housekeeper on the floor I stayed on was so kind, warm, friendly and delightful in her manner and her cleaning and room arranging and organisation. The rooms have gorgeous views, are fully stocked and equipped with facilities and traveller supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash, hair dryer, hand towels, facial towels, bath towels, bath mats, hair dryers, indoor slippers, clothing hangers, a fridge, a bronze tea kettle, coffee filter paper, coffee making equipment, tea bags, sugar, coffee, soft drinks and bottles of water. A beautiful place with such friendly, helpful and kind staff. I strongly believe it is absolutely and sincerely worth every penny of your money to stay here 🤍🤍 Thank you so much for all of your kindness, welcoming warmth, help, care and attentiveness.
