Xingyao Apartment (Beijing Capital Children's Research Institute Branch)

Great location with easy access to Jiefangbei, Hongyadong, and the metro. The room was clean and comfortable, and there are plenty of local food options nearby. I even included a photo of the delicious Wang Zha Mian I had just a short walk from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are exceptionally spacious, beautifully designed, and come equipped with a very convenient washing machine area. The location is good, with easy access to two nearby metro stations. Plus, there are great dining options and cafes right downstairs. Good option if you are looking for a comfortable place to stay.

A nice and convenient place to stay in Beijing. It is not a luxury hotel, but it has the things you actually need: clean room, daily housekeeping, water, towels, and even a washing machine. The location was also fine for exploring the city. Beijing itself was amazing — huge, busy, very impressive, and with much more greenery than I expected. I think this apartment was a good base for our trip

Its a value for money place to stay with all basic facilities.. nothing fancy.. spot on clean beds.. close to Kuntai Palace hotel.. nearby area is all lit us in festive lighting.. close proximity to couple of subway stations.

The stay was great, they were very friendly and helpful. Only downfall was that our toilet kept flushing when we were sitting on it. I’m sure they can get it fixed, but because our stay was so short, we didn’t ask. Overall would recommend, good price!

Hotel wqs a bit confusing . A lot of food smell down the lobby due to lift being next to restaurants . Overall hotel wqs ok . Staff were not speaking english at all and really struggled even with google translate

Good location. Big apartment with a washing machine. Inside a big apartment/office/hotel building

The hotel is on a really good location but it shares a building with multiple other business and navigating the building was a little bit difficult when we just arrived. We are not happy with the service in the hotel. I don't expect anyone to speak english but the girls at the desk were very difficult to communicate with even with a translator and kept laughing at us. We checked in and they only gave us a room number but no explanation so we had to navigate the maze by ourselves early morning with luggage and after 12h long flight. We manage to find our room with help from the staff of the restaurant that is on the same floor only to enter the room that is so hot and the ac won't work. I go downstairs to explain that ac is not working and they tell me to wait for 45min for the technical help person to arrive so I do that. The person that came also could not do anything about the ac and room was getting only hotter. We go to the desk multiple times about this issue. Finally they make the airco work but we were nit given a remote or any other control and had to keep it running for the whole duration of our stay and that was uncomfortable since we could not ajust temperature on it. That's why we rated service of this hotel as poor. The cleaning staff came by every day giving us new towels, tooth brushes but not toilet paper. She also changed our bedsheets when we asked for it. The washing machine was working so that was nice.

Everything was provided and functioning well. Even the neighbourhood offers shops and restaurants and a coffee shop.
