It was my first time in Beijing and I did a bit of research and thought the location of this hotel is quite good. It is indeed good. Away from the noisy traffic and nested within a hutong. Quiet and accessible. You walk about less than 5 mins and you are on the main road. We booked two rooms and when we got into our rooms, I was surprised to find the rooms looking quite different from the images on the booking site. The shower area is not separated from the toilet, so after you shower, the whole toilet is wet. The room itself is huge, so is the bed. There was a small area that looked like a kitchen, with a sink. But there is no stove or cooking area, just a few cabinets. There was also an area that looked like you could put a fridge in there. But of course there is no fridge. The hotel staff told us that the rooms don't come with fridge, which is a bit odd for me. Outside each room there was also a sign that indicated the room number, clean the room or do not disturb. I couldn't find any switch to turn on 'do not disturb', as I saw other rooms along the same floor managed to do so. After talking to the staff, they told me due to the design both our rooms did not have the switch. Again felt a bit odd. They could have given us a sign to hang at the door instead. Other than that the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff is amazing, friendly and very helpful. I lost my watch in a cab on the second day, and managed to contact the driver. He sent the watch via a local delivery and requested me to pay for the delivery. I had problems trying to transfer money to the driver via WeChat. The hotel staff tried many times to help me but it didn't work. But eventually we found a way. She also asked me for feedback for our stay. I told her my honest opinion about the shower area. The manager happened to be there and explained to us that it is the design of the room, but he immediately offered us if we wanted to change the rooms. And I said yes. The second room was exactly what it looked like on the booking site. While there were some small hiccups, I still enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff is really nice and helpful. They really try their best to fulfil your requests. Room is nice. Bed is very comfortable. Just wished they had a fridge in the room and also a full length mirror near the door. I will stay with them again if I was in Beijing next time!

令人驚奇的小酒店！房間雖小但是設備新穎，功能齊全，相當整潔。前台小姐姐也熱心帶路房門口。地點便利離地鐵站只要步行10分鐘。下次出差時必選酒店。

位置非常便利，離東四商圈不遠。 前台的接待人員非常友善且專業，辦理入住手續也很迅速。每當我在等車的時候，前台妹妹都會倒杯熱茶給我，很貼心 我入住的是種玉大床房，房間非常乾淨，床鋪柔軟，晚上睡得超級好！ 窗外的景色也還不錯。 美中不足的是因為我住的期間沒什麼租客，酒店沒有提供自助餐，早餐是以點餐的方式！整體也還不錯 這次的住宿體驗還算是很滿意的
