Dirty dining area and breakfast crew is understaffed and couldn't handle breakfast area. Front desk people are poorly trained in customer service. You're lucky to get a smile, greeting, or any basic gesture of customer courtesy. Don't let them put you in room 129. It shares a wall with the mechanical room. After dealing with the front desk and escalating my complaint to corporate level, it is clear that the laissez-faire approach to guest service, dismissive responses to complaints, and general lack of integrity isn't unique to the Hampton Inn Beeville. It's part of the corporate culture of Hilton Hotels.
