優點： 房間比較大， 有藝術裝飾畫，沿河
缺點： 裝飾較老氣， 暖氣片壞了，卧室和廁所比較冷， 沒有插座， 充電，電吹風使用衹能把其他電燈電源拔掉，勉強可以用。 窗簾也壞了， 拉不攏 早上很亮。 樓下沒有停車位，需要走7分鐘去另一個街區的樓上停車場， 一晚停車11鎊左右。 如果下雨就非常麻煩，還要自己帶着行李走很遠。 不會再住了

Cannot fault our stay at Alberto Rooms...super easy check in...friendly staff...stunning room...with everything we needed....beautiful view of the river...comfy bed...peaceful and quiet...roll top bath in the bedroom was awesome too...will deffo stay again when we're that way. The restaurant was so good too....quirky decor...easy to use qr code ordering at table...yummy food....chilled out atmosphere.

Big thank you to Ollie and the rest of the staff. I was very impressed with the standard of the room. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels (Hand Picked Hotels) and my room was a par with their rooms at a fraction of the cost. I’ll definitely be returning soon. Thank You

These guys know customer service and they're not afraid to use it! We had a problem on our last visit to Bedford and Oli and his team went way above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. Simply can't recommend this hotel highly enough. As well as that, it's central, the rooms are beautiful, and the breakfasts are amazing. Really, don't think twice, just make Albero your first choice for Bedford.

Room was lovely with a nice sleigh bed and overlooking the river. Bathroom a bit empty but enormous. Dinner downstairs was absolutely first class and breakfast in the morning excellent. Incredible value too. Bedford, to be honest, isn’t the nicest of places but if you’re staying here for any reason the Albaro is a must-stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the Albero Lounge, the staff were welcoming and friendly.
Room 3 is stunning, with an amazing view of the river.
I loved the attention to detail, from the roll-top bath to the quirky decor, the vintage lighting and the plentiful supply of refreshments.
The bed was so comfortable and I slept peacefully.

Nothing wrong with the room and no doubt some of our issues were our fault - no parking for example so you park & walk. Good EV charging availability mind! No breakfasts before 9a.m in the middle of a business week. Or any week actually. 9am?!?! Staff were lovely, setting is charming (river outside, lots of swans around, pretty bridges, quiet area), evening meal fine, room big & very tasteful, sleep good. As i said, some of our issues no doubt about us not being thorough (fussy!) when we booked.
