Hotel and room were clean. Two complaints: even though the room was a smoke free, our room smelt like cigarettes smoke. One last thing, the pillows really ******. But the staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, good location close to the highway.

It was a nice clean stay with no problems. It was right next to my event. Very nice blankets

We have stayed at the BD AmericInn several times when in the BD area throughout the years & have always been extremely satisfied. Sadly, we won't be returning. Your hotel has taken an undesirable turn for the worse. AC/heating unit made so much noise we had to turn it off completely, there was an outside smoking section almost directly outside of our window (instead of moving it down in front of the pool side where there are no hotel rooms) people would congregate to party, which I have no problem with having fun, but have a little respect for the people trying to get some rest late at night. The morning breakfast attendant, Ella kept tables wiped clean and food restocked and also was very kind, but our other two mornings there was a different attendant & couldn't find a clean table to dine at & food items not available. We were also surprised to see the sheets were so thin and worn out, which we never expected at a Wyndham hotel. Sorry to leave a review about the decline of your hotel, I know you can do better. Upon checking out a very nice lady, a believe her name is Sue, took the time to visit a bit with me recognizing me from previous stays throughout the years & was a highlight of our stay. Please don't allow your hotel to diminish in what once was quality service as it once was.

Look, I will give them props for being probably the cleanest hotel I've been at in a long time. But we got there late and they allowed someone to have a "birthday party" in the VERY small lobby with kids literally running all over. It was loud. There was drinking. It was unacceptable to me. Go to a private room, conference room, other location altogether. And then, the bed....the horrific bed. It was the lumpiest, softest bed I've ever had the displeasure of sleeping on. I wouldn't pay my worst enemy to try to sleep there. I barely slept. It's not worth spending the money on a place to lay your head for a night and then not be able to sleep. Just don't stay here.

The only hotel we'll stay at in Beaver Dam. We've tried the rest and stay at the best. We've stayed here once a year for the last 7 years. Always have been happy here. Staff is great. Hotel is clean.

Absolutely disappointed in this facility. I have stayed before and loved it but paid 177.00 for dirty sheets and a smelly room. Will not return and no housekeeping on staff so I had to change my own sheets.

Accomodations have been very comfortable and the room and property is clean. The breakfast has alot of great options - some of them pretty healthy! In a great location with access to restaurants and shopping. There is public transit in Beaver Dam as well. Appreciate having this as an option when I'm in the area.

This is not the first time we've stayed her (and won't be the last). The amenities an price are the selling point.

Loved our stay, amazing room, newly renovated rooms, pleasantly surprised with our room. The only issue we ran into was not being told we needed to notify the front desk of needing housekeeping. The morning of May 10th we asked the front desk lady if we could have our sheets changed, new towels and paper products and we were met with anything but hospitality. I got to the point of offering to change my own sheets if they provided the linens since she was so inconvenienced by us. Other than that, A+ hotel
