We book at *********** We came to a closed hotel. It was two boxes with lettere outside the door. There is a note on the door say the resepsjon is open between 3-9.00pm. It was no one there 4.00pm. We try to cal no one answered phone or mail. Stay away from this hotel, it just take your money.

Vraiment surprenant de trouver une telle pépite dans cette charmante ville de Beaune, une déco traditionnelle exceptionnelle,un super accueil, et un prix plus que correct. À deux pas d’un centre ville très animé, nous recommandons vivement

Hôtel à éviter, ce sont des menteurs et des voleurs. Ils vous disent annuler votre nuitée et vous facture quand mm la somme. Quand on les appels, ils disent vous rembourser, mais une fois le RIB envoyé, ils font les morts.

En famille avions resevé 2 chambres pour les 16 et 17 sept 22. a notre arrivés vers 16h accueil froid remise des clefs chambre 16 et 17 de suite avons constaté dans la 16 la douchette coule en permanence (bruit) dans la 17 siege des toilette non fixé- pas de penderie ni cintre ni patere murale.. Avons signalé immediatement ces anomalies .Réponse personne pour reparer aujourd hui mais demain.le lendemain rien de fait-menage effectué dans la ch16 mais rien dans la 17 poubelle non vidé lit non fait sol sale etc... LA RESPONSABLE DE L HOTEL EST COMPLETEMENT DEPASSEE ET AUCUN RESPECT DE SA CLIENTELE (voir photos)

Nope, nope,nope, don't do it. Looks exactly like pictures, only 15 unmaintained years later. Imagine: 11:30 on Sunday night trying to sleep in our 2nd floor room. Loud pounding music from below. Strong base. Wedding? Bar? No just the host family, in their 60's, enjoying some family time in the super-smoke-filled kitchen. I complain (and I never complain in a hotel, figure it will work out usually). "We will cut music! " Okay, back to the room, music is a bit lower. Then louder. Much louder. Past midnight. Up, down, off, over and over and over again until past one a.m. Obviously intentional. Not to mention that strong smoke smell. We left the next day despite a 6-day reservation. Ah yes, terrible wifi also.

Après un couac de surbooking via booking (réservation payée et validée 1 semaine avant), la patronne s'est adaptée pour trouver une chambre ainsi que réaliser un geste commercial. Chambre propre, lit agréable. Hôtel vraiment charmant avec une décoration originale. Extérieur sympathique et agréable pour petit déjeuner ou être au calme le soir.

Excellent Hotel 5min walk from Beaune center. Mathilda the hostess was very hospitable as was her staff! Pom-Pom her cat was also very cute and kept us company! Breakfast was very good, fresh every morning served the main house, it is an 18 century property, obviously in various stages of renivation. Our room were very large and spacious, bathrooms comfortable, parking secure. No noise at night thanks to walled garden. There is no wifi as yet at the back of the house, Mathilda said that they are trying to fix this issue, but definitly in the main lounge there is wifi. Great place reasonably priced in the middle of Burgundy wine country!! Many restaurants within walking distance.
