"My experience was ok at first until they moved us to another room because they said they wanted to finish remodeling the room we were in it was me and my grandbaby so they moved us to another room and it was horrible...The a/c didn't blow cold the a/c had a gap in it to where u can see straight outside it was also a patch of mold they must have forgot to paint over and we didn't even have a microwave on top of that the railing was loose and missing bars enough to fall to the ground so they sent someone and he did absolutely nothing and told us that they would come check it out at 9 that night and nobody came so we decided to just leave mind you the entire hotel only have about 10 rooms that's fully functional...Please don't waste your time nor your money going there..I would have gave no stars if I could"

I stayed here because it was top rated on TripAdvisor in Beaumont but I was disappointed and this is a 2 star rated property at best. The property is outdated and not well taken care of. The room was moldy and the AC smelled odd. The kitchen and room furniture seem as from 20 years ago. Moldy feel in the room and building. Bathtub had a large chip. Bed was super soft and uncomfortable."
